    • Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability

    • Children age 5 and under are free with accompanying paid adult
    • Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
    • Wear comfortable shows. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
    • Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
    • There is no storage for person items. Large bags, large backpacks and luggage are not permitted.
    • All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket. Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee from $25.00

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

    i felt we was unlucky the time we went as it seemed very chaotic. couldn’t take a nice photo as grown lads running about popping the silver balloons etc. Staff could of told them to calm down but just watched

    A unique experience and enjoyable. The views are amazing and I would plan ahead and aim to go at sunset like I did as it is really quite beautiful. Took longer to exit than it did to enter. Would recommend!

    Loved this, went at night time which I’d highly recommend. The city lights and all the buildings lit up including the Chrysler were fantastic. The additional rooms themselves whilst fun were a little gimmicky; however the views themselves are worth waiting and paying for. Incredible at night time. I would recommend night over day as I think you need to wear sunglasses in the day. The wait time was a little long, on a Saturday it was I would say 30 minutes after booking time but this was Saturday at 9PM so peak time perhaps?

    Fabulous views and interactive fun. We visited several skyscrapers during our New York trip but this by far was our favourite. It helped that there was barely a cloud in the sky the day we visited but the floor to ceiling windows made the views all the better. We also enjoyed the interactive parts and would def recommend adding this to your places to visit whilst in the Big Apple.
