What To Expect

Check out your spy skills at this interactive experience at Spyscape in New York City. This ticket gets you into the facility where you’ll be put to the test, coding, breaking codes, running surveillance, and figuring out who the liars are. All of these challenges will be added up, and when you’ve finished, you can see just what kind of a spy you’d make.

This isn’t your average museum experience. It’s an immersion into the spy world, with the tests designed by a former trainer at MI6.

You can go on your own, or bring a group along. At the end of your tour, make sure to stop by the gift shop and book shop and bring home a few spy-like souvenirs.

No lower price guarantee from Viator

Do not buy tickets from Viator and do not believe their lower price guarantee. The official museum website offers buy one get one free promotion which I did not know before booking through Viator. They simply would not honor the lower price and work with the customer to reasonably resolve the price difference. Unpleasant experience and it indeed leaves very bitter taste in customers’ mouth as the website try to “justify” the fact that they take advantage of their customers whenever they can.

This was an amazing museum and a must for any espionage/spy/james bond fan.. I spent a good 2 hours here and the interactive experience was amazing. The museum was really well laid out and was enjoyable for both adults and children.

Overall, was a very underwhelming experience. They had kiosks along the way that help analyze your personality and skills to create a spy profile for you. Other than that its much like a museum that showed you how spy agencies communicated during wars but ive seen better. I would've hoped that they had more activities to engage you.

Had a lovely time at the museum. There were so many interesting activities. I can imagine it's a great day out for the kids but even being in our mid-twenties, we loved it! You can receive updates on your phone and figure out how good of a spy you would be. 100% would recommend.

As a mom of teenage boys, it is a challenge to find things that will keep them engaged while learning. Spyscape does a great job of providing both. It was a great time, and you don't even realize how long you were in museum. A NYC must.
