The SUMMIT One Vanderbilt portion of this tour is self-guided.
You are required to go through airport-style security on this tour. No luggage, weapons, or food (except for water in a clear container) is allowed.

Make sure to bring sunglasses. The reflective material used throughout the Summit One creates a very bright environment.
Wear comfortable shoes. Stilleto heels, steel toed boots, sports cleats, and any other footwear that can damage the flooring in Summit One is not permitted. Please dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

A fantastic experience with a super guide

We had a fantastic tour guide in Alice who was very knowledgeable, engaging and took us on a delightful tour of Manhattan. She is highly recommended. Thanks Alice! The Vanderbilt experience was amazing!! The views were too good for words and the organisation was first class and very friendly.

Our tour guide, Ric, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We really enjoyed everything he showed us. We definitely learned a lot and saw so much more than we would have on our own. Since we went on a Sunday, the New York Public Library wasn’t open yet (opens at 1 pm) so we couldn’t go inside, but he did encourage us to visit it after the tour - which we did. It was awesome, and had he not told us about it, we never would have thought to go there. Also, we were able to pop into St. Patrick’s cathedral while a mass was on, so that was cool. Summit was really neat!

Never I can obtain my tickets and,I paid $178. 00 for nothing. I want my money back. I lost my time and I crying for the bad and horrible moment that I passed. It was my birthday celebration. I want my money back

Enjoyable trip with friendly guide. Only downside was that the emails / ticketing in advance was confusing. Kept being told to download tickets but then landed on page that said "this is not your ticket". All worked out upon arrival at site, but clearer advanced messaging would be helpful.

Horrible experience. Spent $160 Dollars on 2 tickets and could not redeem it at the radio city music hall. Customer service was no help and did not get a refund. Scam company. Stay away….

Nous n avons pas pu obtenir les billets et avons essayé de contacter le site qui est resté sans réponse. Le guide est parti sans nous alors que nous étions à l heure. Le lieu de rendez vous n est pas clair du tout et la personne que nous avons finalement réussi à avoir au téléphone n a pas voulu nous reprogrammer la visite car soit disant plus de disponibilité. Je suis allée sur le site pour vérifier et il restait des places ???? Pas de remboursement. Scandaleux. Nous déconseillons fortement
