    Amazing tour and gained a new friend

    My best friend and I have been looking forward to this trip to the city and the tour for some time. Our guide Monia Bonaldo was absolutely perfecto! She kept in contact letting us know exactly what to expect and where to meet. She informed us of things the actual Viator site DID NOT eg. Walking tour. Also you do have to pay a minimal fee for subway to certain area. Monia made our tour amazing. Her knowledge of the city and all the extras made for a wonderful day. She is someone I would like to be friends with in my every day life. I wish her the best and would request her for another tour....

    Your guide never showed up. When I called him he sounded like he was asleep and said he didn’t know the tour was that day. I called and requested a refund. I haven’t heard back yet

    Adam was very knowledgeable and was willing to go overtime, but we had to get to Hamilton!! Gave alot more NYC info than just Sex and the City subject.

    This is definitely not the glamorous experience I wanted. It was never specified this was a walking tour, I was by myself with the tour guide. Had to walk the whole time and on top of that I had to pay for transportation. And it’s all things I could’ve googled and done for free. I honestly want my money back.

Sorry you didn't enjoy walking, but we planned our tour itinerary in the best way to see the most hot spots from the famous show, take in the views of this magnificent city and experience the local vibe, so our clients could see the city through the eyes of locals.     We discontinued the tour 10 minutes in. It was obvious the guide was either a. Not a fan of the show or b.had never actually watched the show (she couldn’t remember Cynthia Nixon character, uhhh Miranda!) I have done this tour on 2 other occasions and it was AMAZING! Very disappointed.

During the tour she don’t only draw on the show but also the movie and new show. She's studied the scenes. The guide does not recall forgetting Miranda name. She knows Miranda's character well, as well as the types of clothes she wore. Maybe you confused our tour with someone else's, we are not sure.     Es war ein wundervolles Erlebnis mit Monia, sie hat sich so viel Mühe gegeben uns die Tour so wunderschön wie möglich zu machen. Sie hatte ein Tablet dabei und konnte uns immer zeigen, was in welcher Szene gedreht worden ist und kannte such gut mit der Serie und den Orten aus.
