Your tour begins in Midtown Manhattan, where you’ll hop aboard a comfortable coach and meet your guide—a local actor and expert in New York movie history. Upgrade your tour for priority seating to sit in the first four rows of the coach.
Then, cruise around Manhattan to see dozens of recognizable TV and movie locations. Stop outside the famous Friends apartment to relive the glory days of the ‘90s sitcom. See the spot where the cast of Glee performed ‘I Love New York.’ Cruise by the pub that inspired McLaren’s on How I Met Your Mother. Plus, visit a local park that features prominently in The Mindy Project and rom-com classic When Harry Met Sally.
You'll also pass by the bar where Michael Keaton brooded in Best Picture-winner Birdman, a hotel seen in American Hustle, and the tiny soup restaurant made famous by Seinfeld. The Ghostbuster Firehouse drop was the highlight for us, Also, the tour guide was funny and quite funny.

Tim was a fantastic tour guide. Funny and informative. It was brilliant how he put together excerps from movies to watch on the coach as we encountered the buildings and locations. Was also fabulous to get off bus for a few of the classics for a photo opportunity. Thanks Tim.

Unfortunately, due to a protest, the bus was 1 hour late picking us up. Our tour guide, Chris, was AWESOME though. I did have to use the restroom and the driver of the bus said to just use the one on the bus. No toilet paper or lights in the restroom and nowhere to wash hands, but it was needed at the time. All in all, we learned a lot about the city!!

Benji was awesome! He showed us all the cool movie spots even on a day that it was raining. Would do it again. We got to get out a couple of times and stretch our legs which is good too.

Interesting tour great to learn about all the tv and movie filming done in and not in NYC. Hitting Tribeca for the Ghostbusters Fire House was pretty cool. Benji the guide was knowledgeable and insightful. He did a great job on a rainy day where sites were tough to see through foggy windows, but we still felt we got a good overview.

This was our other favourite tour of the holiday. Chris our tour guide was so funny, friendly and has a wealth of knowledge about this tour. He explained everything clearly, answered all the questions and was very engaging. The video clips were a great asset to the tour too. Chris was more than willing to take photos or give advice about anything you have a query with. Definitely one to recommend if you like your tv and films and if you get Chris that’s an added bonus. He could also regale you with his personal stories as a wannabe actor which were very insightful. Thanks Chris

This was the highlight of my weekend!! Our tour guide Chris was amazing. Such a funny guy and so informative. He even assisted us to find a store that sold tools in manhattan as our car broke down on arrival to the city!! I definitely use viator the next time we are in the city. Probably for a central park tour next time!
