Kevin was wonderful. He drove the carriage slow to allow us to see the park. We arrived early and he was able to take us sooner. He was friendly, explained different areas of the park and pointed out significant buildings in the surrounding.

I suggest you do the christmas lights carriage ride. This is not cheap. They provide a blanket. It was a nice way to see the park in the winter.

Very easy to communicate with to locate the carriage. Carriage driver was informative but it was really cold when we went and hard to hear him. The tour lasted no longer than an hour. Would have been nice to have gone by the carrousel and the skating rink but that was not included in our tour. It did stop at the fountain, turned around at Tavern On The Green and went by the bridge. A pretty red blanket was included and treats for the kids to feed the horse. Overall it was a good tour, especially in the snow.

Our tour guide was Mali and he was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and friendly. The weather was a little chilly, but the big heavy blanket kept us warm. Seeing the park this way was perfect!

I have used Viatour in many European cities and would rate them a five in terms of the costs and activities. As to this activity, the costs was tripled what I would have paid the carriage drivers directly. I spent $500.00 for 2 carriage rides for 4 children and 3 adults for 45 minutes. I booked ahead thinking it may be difficult with Christmas crowds. I totally was wrong and instead paid triple the costs of other families booking directly with the carriage drivers. Beside paying the exorbitant amount, our carriages were late, thus short changing us on the time. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. I will now think twice of Viator’s price gouging and will be no longer recommending them to others as I had been doing!
