We arrived early for our trip but that was not a problem. The carriage driver Louis was very helpful and full of interesting information. His horse Duke was lovely and well cared for. We had a wonderful drive around the park on a bright, fresh morning. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

We loved our horse Keeper and our driver. It was a lovely ride through Central Park learning the history of the statues and parts of the park. Taking the ride in the park in the evening was particularly nice in that it was quiet with fewer crowds. I would definitely recommend the experience.

The drivers were all incredibly friendly and helpful as we were looking for where to wait and also while waiting for our carriage. We did show up a little early, so no waiting on their part.

Absolutely loved the horse and driver! They were very hospitable and the driver was very knowledgeable about Central Park. The only thing I would have changed was the time of day we went. I was told ( not by Viator) that the park was decorated with Christmas lights this time of year. This is not correct , so it was really dark so didn’t see a whole lot, but the ride was very enjoyable!

Fabulous experience. Took my 4 granddaughters to NYC for a Grandmas Christmas weekend. They were so excited and all of them felt like princesses riding in the carriage. Luis our guide was amazing. Kind and patient he answered all their little girl questions. He even let them feed his horse who was so beautiful. Luis was very informative giving us a wonderful guided tour. Thank you Luis for a wonderful experience. I Was not able to upload pictures site issue. But we got some wonderful ones thanks to Luis. I’m so glad we did this, The kids will remember it always. Memories the gift that keeps giving.

Absolutely perfect. Our carriage driver was funny and informative. I read some reviews about drivers who just sped through- ours had a passion for horses and told us how he loves riding with his horse Abbey. He was gentle and kind and you could tell he loved his job.

Unfortunately I consider our ride a waste of money and I would not do it again. They advertise 40-45 minutes and we felt like it was a rushed half hour at most. They advertise blankets (We went in early December) and were not offered a blanket so I gave my coat to my sister to put on her legs. They advertise pictures will be taken - our guide rushed some at Cherry Hill but the horse kept moving away and he didn’t get everyone in our group of four in the picture frame. They advertise feeding the horse after and that was not offered. Have to say we were disappointed!

Can't thank viator enough. I made a time change to my original registration, and actually messed up my date. They were able to get me the carriage I was expecting! I highly recommend a daytime carriage over a night ride though.
