What To Expect

60-Minute Statue of Liberty Sightseeing Cruise Scam!

I paid for the 60 minutes cruise and added the option to tour the One World Observatory. I paid a total of $179 and they never sent me the tickets to the observatory only for the cruise! To make matters worse I got the run around and neither Viator nor the 3rd party who they said was responsible for sending the tickets would help. I got bounced around and got no where and I didn't get my money back. I'm disputing with my bank and I'm writing a bad review on multiple websites. Since I am the owner of a marketing company I'm about to flood the internet about this experience so when they search there will be multiple post about my experience. It's going to cost them alot more then my refund. All they had to do was the right thing. They got wrong one this time!

The smell of diesel fuel the whole time was bad. Couldn’t hear the speaker for your, although it was blasting before with music. Could have taken the ferry for free.

Booked tour for 2:30 and was told we needed to come back at 4:30. Good thing we aren’t strangers to the city and knew where to go to kill time. Once boarding the ship, you can’t really see off of the windows on the top deck. The lower deck is much clearer and you have access to go outside which was nice. You definitely get what you pay for with this ship

Arrived at exact time and was not allowed access to the boat. Staff very rude to us and didn’t care. They remained there 4 minutes after they refused us access. Viator customer service didn’t care either and would not give refund. Extremely disappointed

The trip was as expected with the boat getting close to the statue and allowing us to see the full view plus a view of the city on the way back. Would have been great if they kept talking about the history of the statue for longer - it’s construction etc

We booked the sightseeing cruise the day of and received notice that our booking had been confirmed. Once we arrived to the location where pickup was no one was there and security had to inform us that this company had cancelled all of their tours for the day! I have emailed and called trying to get a refund and still have not heard anything back!

I’m Waiting for our refunds we arrive 45 minutes before the schedule time and the ship was full and we haven’t on board then they ask as to wait the other ship that it’s the same one we have to wait to the boat come back to go

Attractions4U. Their customer service SUCKS!! No one answers the phone or it doesn’t redirect you, it just hangs up on you. Directions aren’t clear on the meeting place. Poor signage, don’t know where the meeting place is located. No one there to answer any questions. No refunds given. Then to reschedule, they charge you an extra $15 each, on top of what you already spent.. And I will let everyone I run into, NOT to book them. I wish I could give them a ZERO star.

That I had no tickets to 911 that I order on Oct 22/2023 I was given world something and when I when there I could not use the tickets cause I needed to do the Status of liberty first that was 6 o clock in the evening.
