Great views for the price.
Nina_R, May 2024
The boat crew were great and the views were lovely. There was a scheduling mix up and they pushed our departure time back by a half hour without any communication until after we arrived. Very limited seating.
No Help! Save Your Money!!
Donna_H, May 2024
The pier was impossible to get into in the day we were scheduled. There was construction, flag men, rain and terrible traffic. We arrived five minutes late and they were pulling out. NO ONE WAS AG THE PIER. There were no team members in a kiosk or any way to check to see if a later boat could be scheduled. I texted, called and emailed and never heard back from the company. We bought tickets for the ferry out to the Statue for one-third. What a fraud.
Sin dinero y sin poder disfrutar el viaje
FemeryRayber_M, May 2024
I arrived 2 minutes late they didn't let me get on the boat and they didn't allow me to get on the next tour and they didn't want to return the money and I didn't want them to return it to me I just wanted them to let me get on the next tour so as not to lose the money and they didn't accept they are inconsiderate and bad service I would never buy anything with them again
60-Minute Statue of Liberty Sightseeing Cruise Scam!
James_J, Apr 2024
I paid for the 60 minutes cruise and added the option to tour the One World Observatory. I paid a total of $179 and they never sent me the tickets to the observatory only for the cruise! To make matters worse I got the run around and neither Viator nor the 3rd party who they said was responsible for sending the tickets would help. I got bounced around and got no where and I didn't get my money back. I'm disputing with my bank and I'm writing a bad review on multiple websites. Since I am the owner of a marketing company I'm about to flood the internet about this experience so when they search there will be multiple post about my experience. It's going to cost them alot more then my refund. All they had to do was the right thing. They got wrong one this time!
Don’t help customers with emergency’s
Tonya_B, Apr 2024
Had to cancel due to emergency and didn’t even get our money back. So it wasn’t a very good experience in New York
Not worth the price
Darrin_M, Mar 2024
The smell of diesel fuel the whole time was bad. Couldn’t hear the speaker for your, although it was blasting before with music. Could have taken the ferry for free.
They drove the boat away...
Anastasia_Q, Mar 2024

Booked tour for 2:30 and...
Ryann_G, Feb 2024
Booked tour for 2:30 and was told we needed to come back at 4:30. Good thing we aren’t strangers to the city and knew where to go to kill time. Once boarding the ship, you can’t really see off of the windows on the top deck. The lower deck is much clearer and you have access to go outside which was nice. You definitely get what you pay for with this ship
Highly Recommended

Upsetting service
Anna_T, Feb 2024
Arrived at exact time and was not allowed access to the boat. Staff very rude to us and didn’t care. They remained there 4 minutes after they refused us access. Viator customer service didn’t care either and would not give refund. Extremely disappointed
Great view af the statue- did what it said on the tin
MICHAEL_H, Jan 2024
The trip was as expected with the boat getting close to the statue and allowing us to see the full view plus a view of the city on the way back. Would have been great if they kept talking about the history of the statue for longer - it’s construction etc
Worst experience ever
Tayla_R, Jan 2024
We booked the sightseeing cruise the day of and received notice that our booking had been confirmed. Once we arrived to the location where pickup was no one was there and security had to inform us that this company had cancelled all of their tours for the day! I have emailed and called trying to get a refund and still have not heard anything back!
Inspiring Liberty 🗽🇺🇸
Rockwell_V, Jan 2024
I was so amazed with the crew during my visit last December 31, 2023 (10am) at Liberty viewing via a Ferry. I felt so moved with story telling about the Liberty on how she stood there even on the worst weather of NY with a pride. Such. Strong. I am so inspired! #nclexrnpasser2024 here we go!
We showed up one hour...
Jenny_L, Jan 2024

Jorge_M, Jan 2024
I’m Waiting for our refunds we arrive 45 minutes before the schedule time and the ship was full and we haven’t on board then they ask as to wait the other ship that it’s the same one we have to wait to the boat come back to go
I did not get what I paid for.
Joan_B, Jan 2024
Terrible seats. Too many people on the boat to be able to see. The windows were nasty and you could barely see out and we were not even close to a window to be able to get good pictures.
Boat to crowded and poor viewing , family all adults
Michelle_R, Jan 2024
Price of tickets to expensive for what was delivered , poor viewing and b out at over crowded . Would not recommend service to anyone
Avoid
Theodore_J, Dec 2023
Amateurish operation. Tickets were oversold and the boat left several paying customers at the pier. Nobody checking tickets.
Do Not Book Through Attractions4U
Hector_R, Dec 2023
Attractions4U. Their customer service SUCKS!! No one answers the phone or it doesn’t redirect you, it just hangs up on you. Directions aren’t clear on the meeting place. Poor signage, don’t know where the meeting place is located. No one there to answer any questions. No refunds given. Then to reschedule, they charge you an extra $15 each, on top of what you already spent.. And I will let everyone I run into, NOT to book them. I wish I could give them a ZERO star.
First time in NY
Felicia_R, Dec 2023
We enjoyed seeing the Statue of Liberty up close and learning some of the history about the different landmarks along the Hudson River.
