Failure to communicate & refund

Our trip was confirmed the evening prior. The day of I received a text message with our carriage drivers contact information. After reaching out to our driver he responded that our carriage ride was cancelled due to rain. We were in NYC for one day. We understand weather cancellations but very disappointed that we were not contacted so we could make other plans. I requested our refund since we were only in NYC for the day and still have not received our refund. Completely unhappy with the lack of communication as it is really important when you have a family day trip planned.

Great your, very friendly guide named Kenny who had lots of information to share. Took photos of us at nice scenic background. Called ahead and texted to ensure we knew where to meet and remind us of the tour. Definitely recommend!!

My daughters and I had a wonderful experience! Our driver, Dermot and his horse, Buster are the best! Dermot shared movie and TV sites along the way and allowed us time to get off and take pictures!! This was a highlight of our mommy/daughter weekend in New York!!

Ride was canceled without notification. We arrived in the location where we were suppose to meet and no one was there. We called the service and they stated that they couldn't have the horses out in the heat. They stayed we would get a refund but we haven't seen it yet.

What a great experience! Our driver, Dermot was so knowledgeable about Central Park and was able to point out so many highlights including exact locations from various movie scenes. It was enjoyable and educational. This is definitely a must do activity that can be enjoyed by all ages and movie buffs!

Stopping at Strawberry...

Stopping at Strawberry Fields was nice as was the stop at the Fountain. We enjoyed the narration by our Irish driver, Dermot. Very nice ride on a nice day. The blossoms on the trees were lovely as well.

We were lucky to have Kenny and Buster for our ride. Kenny was kind funny entertaining and informative. Buster was a beauty and so well behaved! We pre booked our tour and yes ok you might be able to get a walk up ride a bit cheaper, but from what we saw and heard their experience was not as great as ours! We would definitely recommend pre booking and if you can ask for Kenny and Buster.

Pleasant carriage ride with good information from driver , we had a nice carriage ride around the park and our driver Devon provided good info on different highlights , if your legs are not up to a 2 hour walking tour this is a good alternative
