Very awesome, an American experience !

We had a great guide, Vivian, who was not only knowledgeable but fun presenting tour information in an interesting way. Could have spent all day at Ellis Island, but we were not locked in to leave when the tour guide carried on with her group to the 9/11 Memorial while we took the later ferry back. We had done the 9/11 Memorial before we took the ferry to Liberty and Ellis Islands .. It was a well filled day ! Recommend all three !

Personally, I think there’s no need to book with a tour agency to visit the sites. The tour guide only spoke to us at the beginning and left us to embark on the trip on our own.

We had an amazing day visiting the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island! Our tour guide ,Leanne, was the best!! She really made our experience way more than we expected. She was so well informed and really helped us learn and appreciate what we were seeing. Thank you Leanne!!! I would recommend you pay a little extra and get the guided tour.

Not enough time

We paid for extra so we could have a tour guide just to find out that everybody got the same experience. There wasn’t enough time to even go to the museum and/ or sightsee. We also didn’t know there would be an extra charge for the pedestal and the 9/11 stop, we didn’t even go back with the group because we actually wanted to take pictures. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable but I would not use this service again. I’d rather just pay for the ferry and use the audio tour devices for better use of our time.

This was an absolute waste of money. You do not get pedestal access or fast entry, so THAT was an absolute lie. They are also refusing to adjust the price and lied that because of COVID the pedestal is not available, which was not true because we went into the pedestal line and it was open, but they said our ticket was not valid because the tour group sold us the wrong ticket. The guide was very sweet, but she didn't really add much to the experience other than guiding us through the lines. I would never buy this ticket again and would just reserve directly through the Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island website. This was a complete sham. I will be contesting it with my credit card because they just lied.

DONT BUY THE SKIP THE LINE AND PEDESTAL TICKET! YOU GET NEITHER.

The tour guide was great. The problem was we paid extra for tickets to “skip the line” and to be able to walk up in to the pedestal. DONT BUY that extra expense. There is NO line to skip and we DIDNT get to go on to the pedestal. You could pay $60 for the same trip that we paid $120 for.

very disappointed paid for "express Ferry access" and "access to the pedestal" and neither of these were given or available. Guide had no explanation why. Requested a refund as i could have just paid the regular ferry fee which was much less if was not going to have these two "exclusive" features

If you want to go to this place just buy the tickets directly from their website is the same experience but cheaper. The way they sell the ticket isn’t right. You have to make the line which it was more than an hour. The tour guide left us behind because he had another tour. Also the tour was in English when I specifically required Spanish for my family.

No enjoyment

The most important purpose for me was to know and enjoy the Statue of Liberty inside up to the observatory. I was very disappointed when I got there and I knew that the place was closed. I paid to enjoy that service. I hope that Viator refund my money as soon as possible. You should inform about these inconvenience before people buy their tickets.

Our tour guide was wonderful. She was very spunky and fun. She knew her stuff. It was really wonderful visiting Ellis and Liberty Islands. Ferry was so much fun. So happy, my friends and I had a great memorable time.

Estamos muy molestos, reservamos para ayer 29 de diciembre, día de mi cumpleaños para ir a la estatua de la libertad, le escribímos el día anterior para saber donde era el lugar de encuentro, no obtuvimos respuesta alguna, llegamos por nuestros propios medios hasta el lugar donde salía el ferry, al pasar por boletería , nos indicaron que había que ir al frente donde esta el Starbucks que ahí se encontraría el guía, nos fuimos para ese lugar y no había nadie, por lo tanto tuvimos que volver a la boletería y nuevamente comprar otros tickets para poder lograr ir a celebrar mi cumpleaños allá, de lo contrario habría sido un pésimo día, por lo tanto, necesito que nos den una solución de parte de ustedes, ya que el servicio no fue tomado y pagamos 58us por persona. Nota, si llegan directo a la boletería encontrarán los boletos a 19us por persona más impuesto y hacen lo mismo que el tour ofrecido por esta empresa.
