It was great to learn about the history of Manhattan from Tom, our very knowledgeable tour guide. Seeing the names on the waterfall at the 9/11 memorial was very sobering

The tour was interesting & informative! Our tour guide, Ray, was the best! My only complaint is that now that the food options at the Staton Island ferry terminal are minimal, they need to make new arrangements for lunch. Also, in the original itinerary, lunch was to be eaten on the ferry, but we were stuck eating at the station. I know that you can do better! It did not spoil the tour though! My friend & I had a fabulous time! Thank you, Ray!

Tour guide was great. He was knowledgeable and I was impressed with how he made sure we the tour stayed together. He did frequent head counts. The bus was comfortable and a plus that there were spots to charge phones on it. Ferry ride and 911 Memorial were the highlights for my family.

Chris Lee was a phenomenal guide. He is extremely knowledgable and was able to answer all of our questions. We will able to see all of the highlights of NYC and really get a sense of the city and how to navigate it on our own after the tour. I would definitely love to complete another tour with Experience One and with Chris as the guide. We hope to visit NYC again soon.

A lot of tours can take you around Manhattan on a bus, but this tour was made fantastic by our guide, Chris. He was extremely professional, but also made this tour very fun. We went on a cold and windy day, but Chris managed to keep all of us in good spirits with his in-depth knowledge, personal insights, and light-hearted jokes. We covered a lot of ground in 6 hours. It was a great value for the money.

Good check the box trip. See the sights. Some walking… I did think we would go IN 9/11 museum. Tour guide had good info would have liked more of Central Park and less about guide’s personal family stories.

The whole trip was an enjoyable experience. Our tour guide Chris was brilliant very knowledgeable and informative from beginning to end. Ok there was a slight issue towards the end which had an impact, but this was out of Chris's control, apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommend especially if Chris is your guide
