We have no memories because the boat never came. There was no one at the pier to speak with or assist us. We were told to keep waiting by someone in a booth but there was no assistance outside of that. After waiting 30 minutes in the cold and rain with children we along with the other ppl waiting walked away. Whoever facilitates this tour is unprofessional, and inconsiderate to the cost and effort of traveling to the pier with children in the rain and cold. We all felt scammed and expressed so while waiting at the pier. I will be disputing this transaction with my bank and I am highly discouraged from using Viator on future trips.

The crew were awesome. The tour director was very nice and helpful. Having our photo taken with the Statue of Liberty. The dining area was very spacious. Great tour all in all.

It is a boat that takes you quickly to see the statue and you can take a couple of nice photos, it worked for me because I didn't feel like walking and waiting in lines, I recommend it

I didn't get to take the Statue Of Liberty Cruise that I paid for with Viator. I got to the Pier @#3 loading dock and the gentleman from the tour company met me and another family that had purchased the tour, and informed us the 2:30PM Tour had been Cancelled and the rebooked everyone for 4:30PM. I told the man I had another appointment that afternoon and could not go at 4:30PM. I need a Refund on my credit card for $16 plus tax No one called to tell my cruise had been Cancelled nor Rescheduled.

The operator of the "yacht" wasn't aware that the company that sold the excursion had booked a 4:30 slot- he told us he only had a 6pm night sailing. Finally after much persuasion he agreed to do the tour. I had tried to contact the contact number for the company who was listed as the operator in Viator - but their phone went directly to voicemail and always said it was full - I wouldn't buy from this operator!!

Terrible store, something was wrong with this booking. I was at Pier 36 at around 10.45 am and yacht was suppose to leave 11 am . When reached , we saw only one boat at the dock , when asked the person who was allowing entry to the boat , he said that boat company is not same as we booked online . So we walked here and there , tried to find the yacht which we booked but couldn't find it . Ended up leaving the location with out our one of life time experience we thought , we will have . SO NO : 60 min Sightseeing Cruise on a Yacht. We would like to have our money back . my booking number : 1487258313

We where booked on the boat trip for 2.30 there wasnt a trip at that time it was 4.30 . And we had to wait for over 2 hours in the freezing cold.

Be prepared for last minute time change. Our reservation was at 4:30 on a rainy cold day. My family and arrived an hour earlier. At 4:30 (the time of our reservation) a gentleman went around saying that the boat would only be leaving at 6pm. They do not have any area covered to stand by, they don’t care at all about your situation. We ended up not waiting due to the fact that we had a 4 years old with me. Never got the experience. And I’m still waiting on my refund.

The information says to arrive at 10:30 am for the 1 hour tour. So we planned accordingly and set our next reservation for 12 pm. When the boat finally arrived at 11 am (30 minutes late) they had trouble docking it and tying it off. After they were finally able to dock it which was about 11:20am they realized that they docked it in the wrong spot and therefor the ramp/bridge to get onto the boat had no where to go because there was no gate opening. The crew (after a while of deciding what to do) decided to move the entire metal bridge/ramp over the metal fence and to the stern of the boat. Then they realized that it wouldn't work to get people on through the opening on the first level so they had so they put it up to the 2nd level of the ship which basically made it an almost vertical ramp to get onto the boat. After watching the crew try to figure out what to do for an hour we made the decision that it probably wasn't safe since there were wheels on the ramp and they were using 2 ropes to tie to the 2nd level of the boat and seeing how they couldn't even tie off the boat on the dock correctly, we decided we shouldn't risk it. Not to mention we now couldn't do an hour tour that had yet to be started at 11:45 so we left to make our next reservation. We contacted the company and left a message for a refund but have yet to be called back. We were not the only people to leave. We noticed at least 15 other people walk out behind us as well.

Unorganized and Poor service

Absolutely horrible experience, as the comments said they are horribly unorganized and unprofessional. As they leave tickets open to buy after we traveled all the way to get there we are told they have reached the maximum compacity On the boat and will not be boarding any other passengers regardless of the line of people who have purchased a ticket. Luckily I was able to walk down to another service and get on to see my destination but many other families were left disappointed.

No one spoke English, and could answer any questions I had. There was no commentary over the speakers in the cabin. You had to be out on the deck. And it was too cold to be there. The windows were so dirty and fogged you couldn’t see out of them.
