Would give a 4.5 rating for the experience because excellent service and driver was super nice and helpful plus waited 2hrs because the flight was delayed. Knocked .5 stars because of last minute fee added to the service that wasn't made aware of at booking

Good Service but watch for Over Charging

Everything was great with the service. Jose was amazing. He was waiting for us coming into baggage claim and was helpful. The ONLY ISSUE was that I was charged for tolls on the pick up day but when I later reviewed the ticket purchase, the tolls were supposed to included. I raised the issue to Best Luxury Transportation and they did not offer a refund.

They might be late

The driver did not look at the address and went to the wrong country inn. We waited an extra 45 min for him to arrive, even though they told me they were sending another driver and it would only be 15 min There should’ve been no toll fee because they have a sun pass. But they force you to pay that and also a forced tip

Andre, our driver was waiting at baggage claim, he was very nice. He helped us with our luggage and then took us to the curb. He went and got the van and picked us up. He drove well and we arrived quickly. Definitely a positive experience.

Working with Luxury Travel was for the most part very easy. There was some miscommunication between them and Viator. They stated the vehicle was only up to 6 passengers when the advertisement states 7. Nevertheless the driver was able to accommodate us all and get us to the airport safely. And I will also say the were one of the cheaper transports. The confusing part was that i was given 2 different amounts for the fees so it would be nice to know what they were in advance. Overall i would use them again i just know to contact them about specifics.
