For those looking to arrange pickups at Orlando Airport MCO, the designated pickup point will be located on the Ground Transportation Level (level 1), depending on the airline. To make things easier, we have assigned the same spot number, 10, for both Terminal A and Terminal B, with Terminal A's spot being A-10 and Terminal B's spot being B-10. On the new Terminal C we will use Spot C272. Please ensure that your mobile phone is fully charged and operational to receive driver status notifications. For those who require hotel pickups, kindly remain at the main lobby or registration office 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time. Transport drivers were very professional, on time, and communicated with me the entire time. They updated us on arrival time and were so nice and considerate.

Driver didn’t help with bags, he didn’t open the door and he didn’t map a route until we were in the vehicle and driving. He still had trouble accessing so my husband took his phone out and started giving directions. Lastly, I told him the terminal number but he still went to a different one and had to turn around and go back

I personally have talked to Rene, the driver and leted him know about your experience, We are very sorry about your experience basically is not what we promote, however, I was checking the GPS on your service and I saw that you were picked up few minutes earlier and made OK to the Port. For your information you were Rene's very first ride and he was super nervous and 1 thing we explain on the trainning is set the phone with the destination address prior the pickup and it missed up that part ended in providing a very regular service. Rene as today is a 5 starts driver with excellent reviews. Any way, if one day you plan another cruise over Port Canaveral let us be your transportation provider and give us another chance and I will make sure your driver help you with your luggage which is part of the job.
