Upon arrival at the airport you must collect your luggage and proceed to the customs hall. The driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with the lead traveler's name written on it.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The driver met us promptly after we retrieved our luggage at Orly. Unfortunately, due to construction, we had to walk from terminal 3 to the parking lot on the other side of terminal 4 to obtain the driver’s car. It’s s bit of a walk with several pieces of large and medium luggage. However, that is not the driver’d fault. The driver was very friendly and took us to our (rented) apartment straight away.

Due to events beyond my control, (flight canceled) I needed to book a flight for the next day. Carrier refused to rescheduled the transport, or to refund the cost.

Waited an hour and a half to be picked up! Had to call support/help # two times! Everyone who arrived on our flight had a driver waiting! Flight arrived 10 am and arrived at hotel at 2:30. Cannot blame driver for Paris traffic but we should have been picked up promptly.

The CDG airport is very busy. Our driver Richard was very nice and met us outside the baggage area. The traffic can be congested depending on the time of day. Please tip your driver. Viator appears to use WhatsApp. Make sure you know the method of notification and phone numbers.
