You will be met at your Paris accommodation (postcode beginning 75 only) by the driver at least four (4) hours before your scheduled flight departure time, within a 20 minute window.

What To Expect

Skip the stress of booking a taxi or finding a shuttle service when your Paris trip comes to an end. Just enter your flight and accommodation details when you book, pay in advance, and then show your voucher to your driver.

Pickup is available from hotels with zip codes ranging from 75001 to 75020. Travel in a comfortable hybrid car or minivan, depending on your group’s size. Transfer services are available from 4am until 11pm, 7 days a week. (Please note: On December 24 and 31, transfers are available until 6pm.)

Price is per person, based on eight (8) passengers per vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We were ecstatic to see our driver, Oliver, at the pick up spot ahead of time. Everything was very professional (something sorely missing in a lot of businesses these days.) We used this service on arrival also. Both times the cars were very clean. This is now our "go to" transfer service.

We had a great experience with Paris Shuttle. We ordered a pick up from the airport as well as a pick from our hotel back to the airport on our last day in Paris. The drivers were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend using this service.

We did not confirm your booking as you were not travelling to central Paris . You did NOT use our service , tried to book something that didn't exist and then think its ok to complain .Trip Advisor how can you allow someone who has NOT used our service to make a review - positive or negative . May i suggest you complain to Mcdonalds that they dont serve caviar or that British airways dont have any sailing boats .

Driver was there early but waited. He was very friendly, the vehicle was very clean and the ride was smooth and easy. The driver took my luggage into the terminal and walked with me all the way to the ticket counter. It was cheaper than taking a taxi.

What an absolutely lovely driver first thing he did was apologise for being late ( it wasnt his fault it was due to traffic /an accident), then he loaded our luggage refusing any assistance from us and assisted us into the car. Lovely smooth journey with nice music to travel to.. We arrived at the airport he assisted us out of the car, unloaded our luggage and wished us a safe flight. He couldnt have been any more perfect. This booking was in complete contrast to the driver we had on way from airport to the apartment 3 days before. He was 20 minutes late with no explanation, d8dnt speak to us at all, didnt assist with our luggage either end and franky was plain rude. So when we had this driver it was so lovely that he was such a contrast. Thank you so much Mr Driver keep being you.. Much appreciated

NO - SHOW AT AIRPORT

My Transfer to CDG Airport for Departure was great. My Arrival Transfer was unexceptable. It was a NO-SHOW. I then ended up waiting around and when I could not find my driver, I had to pay for a Taxi to take me into the City. I reported this to Viator but have not recieved payback for this hugh inconvenience.

We hired this company for our arrival and for our departure. They charged us the same rate both times but the service was totally different, upon arrival they picked us up in a big car; where the 4 of us were comfortable and our luggage fit perfectly. The return disappointed us, they sent us a regular taxi, in a car that was small, where the 4 of us did not fit comfortably. It seems a scam to me that they charge me the same for two such different cars.

The company lied to me. They said I could change my booking. All I had to do was have an email sent from viatour. Then they said that I could not reschedule they also did not give me a refund after they said they would. I would never use this again or suggested to anyone. they made me repay another $110.
