Worst experience ever

DO NOT BOOK. Please please please choose another company. It’s my first bad experience ever and I’ve been travelling non stop for many years. 1. Company ignored my question about upcoming reservation. 2. The driver was late and no one met me with a sign as promised. 3. I paid extra for Mercedes car and the company couldn’t care less. They sent me a random old Toyota and never apologise for it. In fact, they just stopped responding to me, photos attached. Never in my life I encountered a worse customer service than that. I have no idea how to get my refund at this point, but I really hope people stop making the same mistake and booking this company.

Couldn’t find driver in the airport . He did not hold up a placard with my name. Finally with the help of airport personnel and several phone calls , I found him. He pushed my suitcase cart so fast I couldn’t keep up . Drove too fast and was on phone . I paid more for exemplary service. Would have been cheaper to go by taxi.
