Not only did we need to be dropped off at two different terminals, we had to change our pick up time. Each communication message was met with professionalism. Our driver was early (which we appreciated) and got us to our destination safely. I ended up using this company 4 or 5 times (without knowing it) and each time was a great experience.

Professional and prompt

Perfect pickup to bring us to the airport

The pickup was perfect. The driver was prompt and courteous . The Viator app needs updating to show the scheduled time of pickup on the ticket/voucher. There was no way to see that on the app. I had to contact support.

My driver was friendly but too friendly! Trying to communicate with me when he did not speak any English. Only Russian. He did not know where he was going and drove around the airport 4 times before I told him to just drop me off! I was so anxious, and worried I’d miss my flight. Horrible experience!
