Really love the transportation service!

Our driver was very professional! He communicated with us the entire time while he waited on us to get off the plane and get our bags. He had a very nice Mercedes. I'm glad I paid to have private transportation in Paris.

We got much more than we expected from Mohamed, or “Kissi” especially with the delayed flight, the long border police processing and the many delays…….he was there for every step. Don’t use anyone else…..ask for Kissi from Profidriver at all costs

I would give this a zero star if it was an option. I had a delay from NYC and reached out to the tour operator to let them know. I never received a response. We got to CDG and went straight to the area after retrieving our bags. There were numerous drivers with signs of people’s last names. My name was not one of them. I’m called the number i was given to locate the driver, no answer. We called both the US and the international number. Still no answer. After several attempts to contact the tour operator with no response, We found an UBER. I later received a text that the driver had left. I resounded immediately that we looked for him and made several attempts to call. The response was a picture of my name on an IPAD. This was horrible!

Dear customer, why write a bad review if you were not right in your reservation. You had the driver's contacts, you had a voucher where it is indicated if you do not contact us within 60 minutes, then we will release the driver. For additional waiting time you must contact us. Then the driver waited for you more time 1 hour 30 minutes. You indicated the phone number in the reservation on which we called and wrote, as well as the driver called and wrote. But unfortunately no one answered us. Then, after your arrival at the airport, more than 1 hour 50 passed (you arrived at 7:45 in the morning but ordered a car at 8:10 in the morning, the driver was waiting for you from 8:10 in the morning until 9:25 in the morning, and we received the first call from you at 9:37 in the morning. You were very late and did not follow the rules of the reservation) you just appear and write and call us from another phone number that we did not have anywhere registered in your reservation at 9:37 am the first call which is already very late. We have other reservations planned and we cannot lose other clients who are not late for your lateness.

Flight delayed for 45mins...

Flight delayed for 45mins due to fog and according to booking drivers monitors flight status. Considering covid restrictions and passport control there is no way you can get out of immigration and customs in 1 hr. So in short was outside around 1020am. Driver was in contact but decided to leave at 1017am as claimed so a mere 5 mins. later after We got out. Driver also keep saying NO Show even if I am telling him Im on the line for immigration. So at the start of my vacation I was ripped off for $154. So we took a taxi instead for 60 euros. Dont know what viator can do with this process

CLIENT'S LIE. Firstly, you booked on time at 8:05 am. True, it's good that you see in the voucher that the drivers are watching the flight, but why don't you see that after the arrival of your flight 60 minutes the driver can only wait for you for free? When you booked you perfectly saw it all on the voucher. Your flight is 45 minutes late. The driver waited for you from 8:05 am to 10:17 am. More than two hours from the time of your reservation and more than 1 hour and 27 minutes after the arrival of the flight. According to our rules and according to the rules of the viator, too, when the client does not appear after 60 minutes, this is confirmed by NO SHOW from the client's side. Why the driver must wait you more two hour free? Yes you payed amount 154$ to viator, but 26,2% commission from this amount viator taked. And the rest we spend on the service, we pay the driver, we pay for two hours of waiting for you at the airport for what he was waiting for, even if not counting from the time of booking and counting from the time of your arrival, then 1 hour 27 is already more than 60 minutes indicated in the voucher. Instead of what else would you apologize for leaving late and asking the driver to wait, and you demand that he wait longer than the specified time? Which driver will be waiting for you for more than half an hour at the airport? no one dear customer. Next times, when you book, it will be very careful and respect the service rules.

Jerked around then charged double

We waited for over an hour for our transfer from Charles de Galle airport to our Paris Hotel. After continuous communication with Viator and promises that the driver would be there in minutes, we were told where, when and who would pick us up. Well, the driver with the correct van, name and license plate number arrived but told us that our pick up had been cancelled and he was to pick up another. Another driver did arrive Within 15 more minutes. So an hour delay to be picked up, and we were charged $164.09 twice. We continue to work with our credit card company to try to eliminate one of the charges.

Dear client, no need to find a lie and write untrue comments. Firstly, we have no ties with payments for viator. Payment on the Viator website goes through their payment systems. If they took money from you twice, then you had to send them and show a receipt where the amount was debited from you twice, but you did not do it, this is the first lie on your part. Second, you are cheating for the service that we made for you, you booked a transfer from the airport at 7:30 in the morning, after very long time, you only wrote to us at 9:11 in the morning that you were just getting your luggage, then at 9:14 you just left at the door and we got a call from you and asked where the driver was. So, 1 hour 40 minutes have passed since your reservation, you at least know how to count the time, your voucher says that only 60 minutes of free waiting, after that if you do not get in touch, then it will NO SHOW on your part. But we turned out to be very kind, and since the first driver refused to serve you after a very long wait, we immediately appointed a second driver so as not to leave you at the airport. Our five-star service never makes our customers unhappy. You can see the comments of other people, you are the first client who wrote such a fictitious lie to us in the comments. We have all the evidence and a conversation with you via messages. In cases we can press down and show everything.

Very professional and communicated with me from the moment I landed in Paris. Both by phone call and text message to let me know by which door number they would be waiting. The driver name was also sent in advance. Bottled water was complimentary. Premium car and great pricing. There are others listed on the site that I used for return to airport and I may have well used a taxi. This one is Highly recommended!

Not What It Was Presented to Be

We arrived in Paris and looked for our driver as directed. Not there. Eventually we received a call from her. She ended up being 1.5 hours late picking us up and then did not know where our hotel was. The entrance to the street was blocked by security as the hotel is next to the US Embassy. She had no idea how to handle this situation.

We're so happy we decided to get this private car to take us to our Airbnb. Our driver met us in the airport and quickly escorted us to his luxury car. He provided us with so much great information about Paris, which we found extremely useful. He even went out of his way to drive us by the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower!
