The driver will meet you in the beginning of the platform. He will have a nameplate. Please, stay at the beginning of your train. And do not go anywhere in the train station.

What To Expect

When booking your transfer, add your arrival date and time, the station you arrive at, your drop-off address, and your contact details.

Upon arrival at your selected Paris railway station, meet your driver upon disembarking. Your driver assists with your luggage and escorts you to your comfortable vehicle. Settle in for the ride and make use of your complimentary bottled water.

After a smooth journey, you are dropped off at your chosen destination in Paris, be it a hotel, an apartment, or any other location, feeling relaxed and ready to enjoy your time in the French capital.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Pick up on time and at the right and easy spot to find. Driver was very polite and helpful in helping with our big luggage. Smooth ride. driver even help us to find the address and building owner which was difficult to find. Highly recommend.

Taxi is cheaper and just as good

Take a taxi instead...it cost us around 15 euros instead of the 95 euros we would have paid if the driver from SARL Comfort Cars woudl have shown up

Cheaper to get a taxi, Viator is way more stressful

We had this private car booked for days - the day we arrived in Paris our train was about an hour and a half later due to rescheduling. I contacted our driver immediately to see if he could accommodate the change - we never heard from him a single time that day. Never contacted us at our original time, never once responded to my dozens of calls, WhatsApp messages, messages through the Viator website, nothing. Absolute disappointment.

Our train was severely delayed. I called the emergency number to inform them and my driver reached out to me. Kept in contact the entire time and waited at the station until we arrived. Had a nice conversation with him. Would recommend and would use this service again whenever I’m in Paris.

Our driver was right where he supposed to be. Great sign, very recognizable, easy to locate. He was ready to please, helping us with our luggage and leading the way to our car. We are American and he spoke good English. He carried a pleasant conversation all the way to our accommodation and even pointed out several sites along the way. It couldn’t have gone better for the first time in Paris!

Should have gone smoother for the price I paid. The office messed up the names on the assignment so the driver was at the platform looking for someone else. I had to track down and call the service office and strongly emphasize the correct name and my situation. Very frustrating.

She did not speak or understand English. We could not find her in the train station. She had no sign. Refused to drop us in front of hotel. Said the street was closed. We took pics of the street with cars. They would not load. We had to walk in the rain to our hotel. Wanted to drop us 5 minutes walk. We refused. But ended up walking 3 minutes.
