Juan & his crew were awesome! We booked this tour for a friend's bachelorette party, and had a blast. The food was delicious and they played some games with us. I would definitely book through this company again if I ever did another group trip to this area.

I purchased this 51 ft yacht rental, prepaid for this surprise excursion for my husbands 50th birthday. We arrived at 12:30pm for the 1:30 departure. Other groups arrived after me and we guided to their boats. At 1pm, I decided to inquire about my yacht because no one called out my name. In doing so, H2O had no record of my reservation!! They said Viator never communicated with them and they had no crew to support me!!! On the verge of tears, H2O management came out and managed to provide me with an 80ft yacht and crew!! They saved the celebration but H2O advised me to never use Viator for their boat reservations. They said to go directly to them - H2O. Do not use Viator.

Erick was very communicative for our excursion. But Dani is what made the trip amazing. He is loads of fun and we even caught a Mahi Mahi! Very understanding when some in our group got sea sick and made sure we had a great time. If you can, ask for Dani!

Amazing time on this cruise! Santos, Noel & Jacob are the most amazing hosts!!! It’s well worth it! The food and drinks were fresh and Santos was the best snorkeling guide.

I didn’t receive my refund for not having the full experience. The owner called me saying he would make it up but I haven’t received anything. The people in Mexico were fantastic but the people running the show administratively aren’t following through.
