  • The Yacht Company must provide all alcohol on board
  • No drunk and disorderly behaviour is tolerated
  • No hookahs or shisha are allowed onboard as they are deemed a fire hazard (regular cigarettes are permitted in the designated smoking areas)
  • No sexual misconduct is tolerated (all of the rooms operate on an open-door policy)
  • All participants must sign a digital waiver 24-hours prior to departing and must sign upon check- in for themselves and/or for minor(s) they are responsible for
  • Please arrive 20 minutes before your departure time to ensure that our crew can help check you in and go through safety measures. Our departure and return times are strict. And while we understand mishaps, being fashionably late for your yacht departure time doesn't afford you extra time out at sea as our vessels return at the scheduled time.
  • Please bring: a towel and swim gear, if you'd like to swim. ECO-FRIENDLY sunscreen, sunglasses, a sarong, light jacket, a hat for sun protection (optional).
  • The moment you're on board, the Captain has ALL authority. Please pay attention to when the Captain & Crew speak, and don't be afraid to raise any concerns you may have. Your safety is our top priority here at H2OH Sun Cruises!
  • Additional fees will apply for outside vendors, such as photographers etc.
  • Not recommended for pregnant women after five months of pregnancy
  • This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The best boat party!!

Came here for my bachelorette with 10 girls and we had a blast! The crew was so much fun, the food was great, and the tequila and margs kept the party going all night. Everyone said this was their favourite part of the trip! 10/10 recommend.

Our trip from start to finish was amazing! Our host, Carly, was very warm and welcoming. The entire crew seemed genuinely interested in making our trip memorable. The captain even let our 2 1/2 year old grandson ‘drive’ the boat! Our experience was definitely a 10!

Had the best time with JJ and the rest of the team who were so welcoming and kept us well hydrated throughout! Food was superb and that sunset - wow! Thank you for such an incredible cruise and enabling us to create such magical memories as a family - could not recommend you more highly!
First Boat Experience but Not the Last

Really great experience! The captain and Juan were so fun! It was dope being in the water at night and the food was really good! The boat was clean and I would DEFINITELY do it again.

This was an amazing option! We were celebrating our 29th so it was a great time. Clean boat, great amenities, loud speaker system with Bluetooth to connect, accommodating staff. Good drinks! They took pics for us, kept the drinks coming, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms on board. Thanks JJ, Oscar, Dennis, & Jerry for a great day. Con: For the sunset cruise you don’t go out in the ocean you stop at the party cove. I didn’t expect not to go out, however the cove was perfect for our 2 hour booking.

We had a fantastic time! We booked this cruise as part of a business workshop and it was well worth it! Our guests were raving about how much fun they had. Our crew members, Neri, Hector and Adrian, were wonderful. They were professional, kind and made sure we had fun. It was a cloudy afternoon, so we didn't see the sunset, but it was okay. We had a great time regardless! The food and drinks were good quality and delicious. Would highly recommend this sunset tour!
