Great time at this water park for the day! Viator's communication regarding pickup time was perfect. We arrived right before the park opened so I was first in line. I spent an extra $237 when i arrived to the park to get a private Caribana with TV, shade and a "butler," but next time I wouldn't do this. The shade was great for us to relax out of the sun (we were there from 10am-6pm), but its supposed to come with butler service, which we had to constantly go and find wait staff, instead of them coming to us. The lines for the rides were short. Everyone got slimed in the main area. But if you pay an extra $70, you can do a private sliming like on the TV show (with photos). You need to book this well in advance because it sells out. Overall, it was worth it.

Everything was perfect at the resort the only issue I had was I was never picked up by the transportation and had to pay for the cab there myself and I still haven’t gotten my refund for that but other than that amazing experience food and drinks included in the park tickets and the kids enjoyed themselves

Driver left us after saying he would wait. Aqua nick clerk had trouble at the register charging us and driver left us. Had to pay a taxi back to our hotel. Do not book.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this excursion. The crew was funny and entertaining. We had a blast snorkeling, but what we really enjoyed was the parasailing. We upgraded our package to the deluxe and enjoyed a delicious lunch (surf n turf) on the beach. It was amazing!

esta muy padre el parque , no es muy grande asi que el horario esta perfecto alcanzas a subirte a todo.
la comida de los snacks no es muy buena pueden mejorarla , los hot dogs y los taquitos de pastor fue lo mejor ; la parte de los souvenirs mejor compren llegando por que a la salida es un caos tienen solo 2 cajeras y se hace la fila enorme super lentos igual para el registro es muy tardado hicimos 40 min de fila para registrarnos . Los niños lo disfrutan bastante es un parque lindo pero no repetiria .

Los juegos acuáticos y las atracciones del parque, son increíbles para todos los peques. Sin duda es una experiencia que todos los niños disfrutan al 1000 %, incluso los adultos pasamos un momento fenomenal divirtiéndonos junto con nuestros niños.

El Parque, sus personajes y sus atracciones, fantástico, los toboganes y el Rio lento, lo mas destacado, juegos para todas las edades, y la atención del personal del parque fue para destacar, muy amables y atentos, sus puestos de comida, todo genial!!!!, estamos muy contentos y conformes, fue una increible experiencia!!! Saludos!!!
