Visit the Bacalar Lagoon, sometimes known as the Lagoon of Seven Colors due to its colorful waters, on this tour departing from Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and Playacar. You will have plenty of time to explore the waters of the lagoon. You can also eat à la carte at no additional charge.

Pickup details

We offer pick up service from almost all hotels. In the event that your hotel does not have a pick-up service, we will indicate the closest meeting point the afternoon before the tour by sending a message to your phone or a notification to the email address indicated in your reservation. For the Tulum Hotel Zone or Tulum Downtown the meeting point is the Super Aki Supermarket at 07:45 am. Tulum does not have a hotel pick-up service.

Beautiful Lagoon

It was a long trip from Playa del Carmen, but my son and I truly enjoyed the lagoon. While I could not find any tropical fishes there, I still enjoyed the beautiful lagoon.

it was once in a life time trip. what a wonderful color of the water. The guide Mr. Arthur was excellent speaking in 3 languages. English, French, Spanish. The only problem is the bus, no place for the feet very narrow. thanks for the best day.

Long Drive from Playa Del Carmen but an amazing experience

Host Toledo and Driver Javier were at the pick up spot on time. Long drive to Bacalar but we knew that gong in. A little cramped with other passengers in the van. However we arrived safely at our destinations in Bacalar which includes visits to Cenotes, breakfast and lunch included and a boat cruise. If you are undecided, let me help you. Bacalar is worth the visit. It's an all day trip from Cancun, Playa Del Carmen or Tulum, but the beauty of Bacalar is worth it. Toledo and Javier were great. They are tentative and helpful. Just a little cramped in the bus that was used.

Our tour guide and driver were on time with pick ups. They included the cenote azul which I wasn’t expecting! The entire tour was amazing and very informative. Breakfast and lunch was very generous. Chucho ( I believe that’s his name) was so helpful. He took care of our belongings and helped us the entire time. Thank you so much!

La gita a bacalar è stata stupenda, il posto è molto lontano (noi siamo partiti da playa del carmen) ma n'è valsa davvero la pena, i colori sono stupendi (auguratevi che ci sia il sole o non ha senso) , sembra una vera spiaggia e non una laguna, dall'acqua cristallina e calda, abbiamo nuotato e fatto un tour dell intera laguna. Vorrei precisare solo 2 cose: la barca non entra nel canale dei pirati perché non si può, cosa che c'è dispiaciuta perché menzionata nella descrizione, seconda cosa il pranzo è a buffet e non alla carta, a noi non è piaciuto ma sono gusti. Dopo il pranzo abbiamo fatto una passeggiata e acquistato i souvenir. Consiglio davvero.

Evitar que la gente ingiera alcohol abordo del autobús. No permiten el descanso y el sanitario ni comentar en qué condiciones lo dejaron. Fue la única mala experiencia. La organización, puntualidad y atención, es de lo mejor. Felicidades

Die Fahrt von playa del carmen dauert ca. 4 Stunden, die Lagune ist es allerdings wert. Das Wasser ist sehr schön. Leider hat unser Reiseführer ausschließlich spanisch gesprochen, so das wir den Ablauf des Tages ständig hinterfragen mussten.
Bacalar ist wunderschön ....

Bacalar ist wunderschön . Allerdings mussten wir bei der Reise feststellen, das andere Mitreisende ( Mexikaner ) für die selbe Tour pro Person 1000 mexikanische Pesos ( in Euro ca . 52 Euro ) WENIGER bezahlt haben !!!

Chouette guide, magnifique excursion !!!! Le seul souci c’est qu’on a démarré de playa del Carmen et le trajet est super long (4h aller - 4h retour) , a part ça rien a dire.
