The tour was fine, I would not say that snorkeling in a cenote is the best but Jose Marco is the best tour guide I have ever had. He was vert attentive to everyone and motivated us to step outside our comfort zones. He also helped us find blue lobsters in the cenotes and many turtles on the last snorkel. I would recommend him to anyone.

My girlfriend and I loved this excursion. We saw a lot of fish as well as a sea turtle just casually swimming past us. We loved the open cenote where we could zipline into the water multiple times. Our tour guide/DJ/Comedian Ignacio was by far the best tour guide we ever had.

Hard rain during the zip line!! It was awesome!!! Also Alfredo was a top-notch guide! Informative, funny, and looked out for our safety. Each site was unique and interesting, an overall fantastic experience!

Every place we snorkeled was full of interesting things to see and fun to do. The three places were each unique, memorable, and beautiful. Our guide Miguel was absolutely outstanding - far above and beyond in accommodating our groups needs!

Liked that it was a small group and three unique locations.
Guide was informative and concerned about our safety; could have offered less history and more about the trip itself. (when to apply lotion, when lunch, jumping off platform, using fins, etc.)
(It was his first week).

Very good, but it definitely felt like a tourist trap. Not natural mexico, it was all their private property that they turned into a "park" basically.people on my tour were touching coral and stomping on the bottom and ruining the experience and the guide didn't correct them, which harms habitats

Wonderful day... would have been even better if we had seen some more wildlife in the more open waters but you can't make nature dance to your tune on the day! Underground cenote beautiful... the water was so clear!

On a tout simplement oublié de me chercher à l' hôtel , malgré le fait que j'avais payé de la maison , et que j'avais confirmé la veille . Aucune compensation offerte ni excuse . Mon excursion manquée et bien du temps de perdu pour essayer de régler .
