Pretty expensive for what is REALLY is. Don’t recommend.

Even tho Our tour guide was super nice, we would not recommend that tour.. maybe take the time to check the migration period for the animals. We really didn’t see much. But our big disappointment was that we book a snorkeling trip and…. We didn’t do any snorkeling.. what? Yeah so we paid for something we didn’t do that’s not okay.. Globally it was 3-4hours in a shuttle, the rest of the day seat in a boat watching -not much- and having lunch. Pretty expensive for what it really is. Not recommend.

Snorkeling is always according to the weather conditions, your safety goes first. Your tour was rescheduled 2 days because of the weather, you knew it.

The boat portion of this tour was really fun! Our captain didn’t speak English, but was very enthusiastic and clearly wanted everyone to have a great time. He was able to get his point across, but something to keep in mind. We didn’t stop at a sinkhole, we went to one snorkeling spot (which had about 5 other tour boats there by the time we left). The lunch we had after the tour was delicious. The travel portion was awful. My friend and I had no idea it would be 5+ hours of travel time to get to the boat and back. The road down to and back from the fishing village is two hours of the roughest dirt road I’ve ever experienced. I specifically needed Dramamine for the car ride (which is not common for me). All told, we left our hotel at 7:30 AM and didn’t get home until about 7 PM. We were coming from playa del Carmen. **if you are covid aware, masks are not worn by the guides, or required of other passengers.**

Hello, thank you for taking the time to write us, we are sorry to read about your deception. The way until siian khan is long and as a natural reserve, it is totally forbidden to build any road across the jungle. As you can see, protecting natural resources is one of the goals of our government. Regarding the Covid situation, we respect the rules established by the government, but unfortunately, we can't force the tourists to wear their masks. We hope to see you soon!

Journée incroyable, le guide français était génial, nous avons vu des oiseaux exotiques, des dauphins, des tortues, un crocodile, nous avons nager dans la grande barrière de corail. Rien à dire je recommande cette activité à 100%.
