My partner booked this tour for my birthday and it did not disappoint!!
We were picked up in a lovely vehicle early in the morning so we could beat the crowds.
We visited 3x cenotes:
1. Gran Cenote (a semi underground cenote)
2. Cenote Taak Bi Ha (an underground Cenote)
3. Cenote Xunaan Ha (an open-air Cenote)
It was great getting to experience all three different types of cenotes. From swimming with turtles, snorkeling through caves, jumping from a height into a Cenote with no one else around and seeing the stalactites up close, this was truly an unforgettable experience. Getting up early was definitely worth it to beat the crowds!
Our tour guide was fantastic. He took so many photos of us whenever we asked, as well as plenty of candids whilst we were snorkelling. Everything was included - snorkels, life jackets, lunch. It was so wonderful not having to worry about anything and being able to stay as long or as little as we wanted at each cenote.
Would definitely recommend this tour if you’re looking for an exclusive experience and wanting to do things on your own timeline!

This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity I will never forget. Our guide, Ulysses, brought the experience from amazing to unforgettable. He was down to earth, funny, and informative.
When I booked this tour, I was skeptical of all the photos I saw where the place looked empty except for the people on the tour. Well, I can tell you it’s actually exactly like those pictures. It’s magical, and by going early you are missing the loud crowds in sometimes small places.
I will warn you that cenotes in general (unless you go to older ones which are more like open lakes) have things that like to stay in the dark like bats. We never felt unsafe and the bats stay far away, but just a heads up that these are real caves! We went to 3 Cenotes, 2 were caves and 1 was fully open.
10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a great company to take you on an unforgettable adventure.

We had the best day with our fabulous guide Limbert. He shared the history of the area and pointed out all the amazing sites! The Cenotes were spectacular and all different. Lunch was great too! Two thumbs up!👏👏👏

An incredible, private tour of three different yet equally stunning ceynotes. A MUST do!!! Our guide, Johnny, knew everything- about the history and science ! And he was a lot of fun and took the best pictures! Incredible day !

Jhony was an amazing guide. He was extremely friendly and so knowledgeable about the history of Tulum. Jhony is a great photographer btw he captured so many wonderful photos and videos for us. The el cenotes we visited were breathtaking! Snorkeling we saw sea turtles all types of fish! I highly recommend this was truly an experience of a lifetime and so much fun!

Ceaser, our guide, was absolutely spectacular! We had the best time and felt safe in a country we didn’t know getting to have a private experience with 3 totally unique cenotes a way from the crowds. We enjoyed an authentic lunch and got to meet some amazing people and puppies at the restaurant we went to with him. The tour was about 1/2 day allowing us to also enjoy time back at the resort. We packed in a lot of fun and learned so many cool facts about the area and cenotes. I can’t wait to come back to Mexico and reach out to this guide again to explore more!
