Great excursion!
Andreanna_P, May 2024
Our guide Rocco was fantastic. Tulum was interesting. The cenotes were outstanding. Highly recommend
Educational and fun!

Thomas was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide and we learned a ton about the Mayan culture and Cenotes. Visiting two places is perfect for one day as pick up and drop off takes a while.
Great tour, bring water!
France_G, Mar 2023
This was a great tour, well-paced. Sandos was a great guide, very knowledgeable. We had just enough free time after the tour in Tulum, and the cenote swim was very refreshing. The only downsides are that the details of the tour on Viator are not exact: there is only one bottle of water included (and with being under the sun on a archaeological tour, bring more!!!) - no beer or soft drinks, and the rental of the life vest at the cenote, though it is only 2 $, is NOT included. Overall a very good experience.

Thank you for your kind feedback! We hope to see you soon again in Mexico!

Very nice, but HOT
Monica_K, Aug 2022
This was a great tour, although it was very hot day in Tulum. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us some good history. Swimming in the cenote was awesome! I will say, this was a longer than expected tour ( I think the description said 7a-1p) so plan to be out from 8a-6p. Overall, it was very good.
Tour- No show

Tour guide didn't show up. We waited over an hour and the hotel tried to contact the tour operator but no one answered. We've now booked two tours, first one we canceled, second one was today but tour guide was a no show. Requesting a full refund for today. Very disappointed! Will not use viator ever again
Great experience!!

Very fun day with a knowledgeable and passionate tour guide (Angel). Had lots of fun and got to learn some about the Mayan culture and we also saw amazing places. The cenote was absolutely beautiful and we were the only ones there since it was kind of hidden. Overall, great experience and definitely recommend!
Great experience

I would recommend this tour. Tulum is a much better experience than Chicken Itza. While they're both very hot, Tulum is on the coast and you get some beautiful views of the sea. The Cenote felt very unique and more of a spelunking expedition. We swam in some really interesting caves. Pick up was easy, our tour guide Sandro? Was kind and funny. I can't imagine doing the 3x tour. We had a good amount of time at Tulum and the Cenote, but the pace was not leisurely. I think this is the perfect tour, we were adequately tired when we got back.
Great Tulum Experience

Great tour to Tulum and the Cenotes. Sandra our tour guide was fantastic. Would highlyrecommend this tour!!
Fantastic Tour & Gorgeous Cenote
Dani_F, Mar 2022
Book this tour! We were apprehensive about booking a tour off Viator instead of through the hotel. Sandro is the best tour guide ever. He is funny, witty and clearly loves what he does. His passion for history and Mayan Culture really shines through. The tour spent 2 hours at the Tulum Archeological site whereas other companies typical spend 1 hour and rush you. Sandro knew everyone so we were able to skip the lines and even had free time to grab a bite before heading to the cenote. The Cenote was absolutely breathtaking and were able to walk/swim in it for an hour. The cenote we went to was a well kept secret so not many people knew about it (barely any crowds). Really wonderful as at times it felt we had the place to ourselves which added to the magical experience. We even saw spider monkeys as we were leaving.
Spectacular Day
Dominic_R, Mar 2022
Tomas was an amazing story teller. He made our experience come to life. He was the only guide with pictures to help us really understand the history of the ruins. And the beauty of the Cenote was breathtaking. Now we want to see them all.
A trip worth taking
Dawn_I, Mar 2022
It was a wonderful excursion. I really connected with the ruins and the cenote was absolutely breathtaking. However, it would be nice if they provided more water and snacks. It was a long day and it would’ve helped
Tomas the guide
Jasmin_F, Mar 2022
Tomas was great and very humble ❤️ Super informative and willing to do what was needed. They arrived on time at the lobby and very professional.
Fantastic tour!
Logan_C, Mar 2022
We loved the cenote! I didn't know we would actually get to swim through the caves. It was so fun swimming room to room with our kids. Tomas was awesome, and explained Mayan marriage rituals to us. It was a fantastic excursion!
Book it now!

The entire trip was incredible and I cannot express adequately in words how amazing Sandro was the entire day. He was funny and kind and so knowledgeable. The ruins are breathtaking and Sandro does excellent job honoring Mayan history in his story telling. Dress sensibly (you are walking a lot under direct sunlight for the ruins). The trip ends at an underground cenote. You may think you want the stereotypical cenote open air experience. Don’t. This is an experience like no other. Thank you Sandro and Jose!!
Great tour!
Gabriel_B, Feb 2022
Overall it was a great tour. Tulum was as expected with a bit more time to explore (2,5 hours). The cenote was a real treat! It was not the usual "cenote visit" as experienced in other tours, but a great experience: you get free watershoes and vest and the visit starts in a cenote but continues underground, exploring a water cave. The underground trip is with flashlights in water from half a meter to swimming depth. The downside was that the guide did not reinforced the wearing of the masks in the bus to the only guy who was proud to not wear it, but coughing and sneezing...
Highlight of my Mexico experience
Allison_S, Feb 2022
This was SUCH a worthwhile trip. Our tour guide, Sandro, was INCREDIBLE!! He was so knowledgeable, hilarious, and incredibly respectful of the nature and cultures we were exploring the history and traditions of. The cenote was one of the most incredible experiences of my entire life. I was expecting a bunch of stairs leading down to a colorful pool of natural water, but this was much more like a cave with skylights. We were swimming in the dark at times. When the flashlights or sun hit the water it was crystal clear and gorgeous. It was a refreshing dunk and I swear it has healing properties bc I had these blisters that were completely healed afterward lol. I cannot put into words how much I adored this experience. It was SO SO SO much cooler than any of my expectations. Highly recommend this trip. Especially if Sandro is the guide.
Great Tour to Tulum and a cenote
Mona_D, Dec 2021
Tulum was fascinating and the cenote was really cool. And our tour guide was excellent. Only issue was we waited 45 minutes for the bus to pick us up in the am. But the fun day made up for it.
A great experience - definitely worth it
Zaid_D, Nov 2021
What an experience! Since we had several days in the resort, we decided to book a tour and venture to check out Tulum and the cenotes. We picked this trip because it said it was a half day. That said we ended up spending the majority of the day 7:30 to 16:00 on the trip and it was as efficient as it could be. Sandro was our tour guide and he did a fantastic job providing context about Tulum and showing us around. The surprise was the low-key but awesome cenote that he took us to. It was beyond our expectations and we enjoyed every moment of it. The bus that was provided was comfortable and the driver did a great job too.
Perfect
Heidi_D, Aug 2021
Perfect trip, the guide was awesome and we felt like it was well worth the money. Wish we could have spent a little more time looking at shops but time management helps with that hahaha.
