Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas(contact customer care for support) The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

  • If you a re a guest of the Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen the park is located 15 minutes minutes away nexto to the hotel, guests need to go by themselves to the park main entrance, hotel conciergel always help to the customers to get to the park
  • The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green viator purchase receipt.

I had an amazing trip to Xplor just didn’t have enough time to do it all in the little time they gave us. But overall was great experience I will do it again for sure. Transportation was great he was rolling that bus 🤣 thanks again for the experience
