What To Expect

After an included transfer to a Cancun dock, your tour begins aboard a 100-foot (30-meter) catamaran tour boat with plenty of room to lounge. A scenic cruise takes you to the first stop of the day, where you can use provided snorkeling equipment to explore vibrant marine life at El Meco reef.

As the boat trip continues, enjoy unlimited access to drinks from the open bar while cruising toward scenic Playa Norte (North Beach) for another swim. From there, the day is fully customizable—you only pay for the experiences you care about most.

One optional upgrade is a buffet lunch at an Isla Mujeres beach club, where you’ll enjoy access to a clean and safe stretch of waterfront. Optional tours of the island’s historic center are great for shopping and sightseeing. After a scenic return cruise to Cancun, the tour ends with return transfer to your hotel.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This experience was hands down the favorite part of my trip. I have never seen such beautiful water! The music, the drinks, the snorkeling- so amazing!! The guides were awesome and hilarious. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great and safe adventure.

This was an AWESOME experience from start to finish....DEFINITELY worth the money.....was an entire day... the guides were knowledgeable and alot of fun.....Just be prepared for the heat...IT was definitely hot.....Food was good....the guides made the boat ride fun....lots of drinks....shots shots shots....TEQUILA

The trip was good. There wasn't much you can do about the crowd on Isla Mujares. It was overwhelming and trying to find somewhere to enjoy the beach was a bit much. The crew was fun, and the boat was clean. Food selection could be improved but overall, a good day trip!

Ran out of food at the buffet we had to buy our own lunch at the island , snorkeling was a disaster they rushed everyone to hurry up, had to rent towels (lame) port fee should be included in package price and we had to pay for drinks at the island !

I was not picked up by my driver for this cruise so I can’t review the cruise itself but Viator was understanding and offered a full refund. Will try again when I’m back in Mexico!

I paid over $200 for the transportation+snorkeling+ buffet and upon arrival, they charged us a $40 additional docking fee and then informed us that we wouldn’t be snorkeling at all. The food that they offered was like cafeteria food and we never got the excursion that we paid for. They also don’t offer refunds so I strongly advise you book somewhere else that will fulfill what they list!

The driver Jose Rodriguez was rude, reckless and disrespectful. He was playing loud music and disregarded multiple requests from passengers to please lower the volume. One passenger had a migraine and he didn’t even care. He claimed that the music will keep him awake, otherwise he could have an accident because he was partying all night!! He also had a man with a toddler sit on the front without seatbelt

This is a scam!!!!! The took my money and did not give me a service they were supposed to pick me up and never came then told me to book again and then told me after the fact they had no more transportation when I asked for the money back they said no! They took 130 dollars from me and refused to give it back DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

First off they moved my booking date to the following day since they had no transportation available although I confirmed with the agent before booking. Secondly upon arrival snorkeling was not allowed due to high winds so they say. This information should have been given to us before hand instead of waiting 2 hours to arrive and find out.

The BEST time. Our boat was named “amazing” and that’s how we felt all day. Great staff on the boat, snorkeling, amazing lunch & drinks, and awesome afternoon exploring the island with tequila tasting & shopping. Our best day in Mexico hands down!! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I chose this specific tour because it included pick up and drop off from your hotel. Turns out we were not picked up and had to make our way to the marina on our own last minute that cost us an additional $25. No refund or credit was offered, which was very disappointing they didn’t stick to their policy about pick up. Other than that I had a great time on the boat with my friends and our time at Isla Mujeres.

Not worth the money spent at all

Extreme amount of travel time, hardly anytime on the island. Snorkelling was done in a terrible location with large waves and everyone had to just stay in a line and wear life vests. Not worth the money spent, could have saved a ton by taking the ferry over. Also would have had a full day instead of only 1.5 hours on the island. Walked us through their store on the island where they tried to sell us a ton of over priced items and tequilas. The catamaran ended up leaving without us so we had to take the ferry back anyways.
