Join this small-group, intimate tour and completely relax and enjoy yourself in Puerto Vallarta. Your guide will take you to Nuevo Ixtlan hot springs, then after to the market to buy supplies for your Mexican barbeque. On the way back to Puerto Vallarta, stop at Bucerias to get a wonderfully relaxing massage overlooking the ocean.
Your tour starts with meeting your guide and group at the easy-to-locate departure point, and then you’ll be on your way. Since this is such a small group (max 10), you can feel free to customize this tour according to what your group feels like. Maybe stay a little longer at the hot springs, or ask your guide to take you to a different part of the market.
Enjoy your day out before you’re conveniently transferred back to Puerto Vallarta.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Antonio the organizer was very prompt in reaching out after we booked our tour confirming our dietary needs and location for pick up. From there we were met by our guide Sergio who was amazing! He was friendly, thoughtful and professional. The lunch at the springs was the best, from the fresh fruit and vegetables to the homemade guacamole! The hot springs was wonderful and the massage on the beach was a beautiful way to cap off the experience! The whole day was so therapeutic! I would definitely recommend this excursion!

This was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta, and we had a week to get to know the city and surrounding areas. If that sounds like visit or if you haven't ventured out to more remote areas than this may be something you'd like. First off, we absolutely had a great time with Josie, Sergio and Manuel - our tour guides (there were 7 guests in our party). They explained a lot in our ride to the hot springs, which included a short stop in a small town where we saw how flour tortillas were made and also got to sample ones that were just made (yummy!). The hot springs visit was so relaxing and we had a fun time visiting with other guests while soaking, although you have the choice to soak privately with your spouse if that's what you'd prefer. Josie, Sergio and Manuel were hard at work throughout our time at the hot springs preparing fresh fruit trays and grilling and awesome mexican steak and chicken meal - absolutely wonderful! I also liked how this tour incorporated a 1 hour beach massage on our way back to Puerto Vallarta. This was in the town of Bucerias and it was a nice way to end our day trip. Great tour, I would highly recommend this and give top marks to Josie, Sergio and Manuel!!

Antonio has created an amazing day activity. He was very flexible and even picked us up in front of our AirBnB. We began the drive to the hot springs and stopped along the way in a small town to purchase the produce and vegetables that he grills for the lunch. You can walk around a little in the town and see the church and tour a tortilla shop where they make the corn tortillas fresh every day.
We continued on towards the hot springs. I’m glad we chose to have the tour instead of driving outselves. The hot springs are out of the way and you drive on a very bumpy dirt road for a while. When you get to the hot springs, they have built 32 separate pools. We were able to use two of them. You adjust the temperature by adding water to make it warmer. The springs are so relaxing and rejuvenating.
After soaking for about 2 hours, Antonio feeds you a delicious lunch of grilled steak and chicken with a wide variety of grilled vegetables too. He also serves the most amazing lemonade. There is a little shop/food vendor onsite that you can purchase beers and sodas. It’s not fancy but will feed and hydrate you, but Antonio’s food is so much better!
After the hot springs you travel back to PV and stop in Bucerias for a 1 hour massage on the beach. This is seriously one of the best day activities I’ve ever booked. Take this tour and you will be very happy!

On our drive to the Hot Springs, we stopped in a small town to get local fruits and vegetables that Sergio would make for our lunch. We also saw how tortillas were made at a tortilla factory. Sergio told us about the history and the way of life in the towns we went through on our way up the mountain. The Hot Springs were like an oasis in the trees! When relaxing in the mineral water, Sergio served us fruit, guacamole and lemonade, then he grilled chicken, steak and the vegetables for lunch. It was delicious! After the mineral bath we went to Bucerias for an amazing hour massage on the beach. The attention to detail was impeccable! Sergio was prompt, friendly and informative. All in all it was a fantastic day and we would definitely recommend the experience.

If you need a bit of relaxation, renewal and connection, this is a must excursion when you are in PV! Jose did a wonderful job from beginning to end. I loved the history he shared as we drove to the small town to stop and to grab fresh fruits, veggies and tortillas for our lunch that he and his partner cooked up for us. Once we arrived at the amazing hot springs we settled in and were fed like queens and kings with fresh fruit, veggies and guacamole. After the delicious grilled lunch, we ended our excursion with a relaxing massage on the beach. When we went back to the van we were greeted with tasty chocolates and beverages. My husband and I felt renewed, relaxed, connected and well taken care of by Jose. Thank you!

Relaxing day at the hot springs. Stop on the way in a fun town to get the food. Also visited tortilla factory. Then drove in the mountains to the hots springs. Shaded so didn't have to wear sunscreen. Wonderful food including fresh fruits, guacamole and chips and assorted vegetables, beef, chicken and fish. More than enough food for everyone. You will not go away hungry. Then drive to beach and had a relaxing massage. Ended with homemade chocolates and cold drinks. Thank you Manuel and Antonio for such an amazing day. This is our second year in a row to take this tour. We will be back next year!

Literally best experience everrrr!!! The guide was amzinggg and cooked fresh produce exquisitelyyy!!! The hot spring was so amazing the massage was unbelievable!!! Book itttt!!! Every one was so niceee!!!

We had a great time hanging with Sergio. He treated us like we were old friends visiting his country and he was excited to immerse us in his culture. The hot springs felt great and the food was delicious. Stoping on the way back for a massage on the beach was the perfect ending. This tour was a great experience and well worth the cost.

We missed our first scheduled day but they were able to fix us into another group few days after. Pickup and ride to and fro was smooth. Made a stop on our way to the Hot spring at a Tortilla factory to grab fresh corn tortillas and also at a local market for some fresh fruits and vegetables.
Antonio and Sergio prepared very fresh and tasty grills oh my!!! 😀
Afterwards we headed for a relaxing massage.
I highly recommend this experience.

Our adventure to the Hot Springs was an awesome experience!! As we relaxed in the hot springs our guide Manuel prepared us fresh lemonaid, served up fresh fruit for a snack He then made us a grilled lunch over an open fire consisting of fruit, veggies, steak and chicken. One of the best meals we've had here. When we were finished with the hot springs we then went to Buceria's where we finished the day with one hour massages on the beach. You couldn't have asked for a more relaxing day. It was the best day ever.

Tony was an excellent guide and the hot springs were so relaxing and peaceful in a beautiful setting deep in country that I would have never found or known about if it wasn't for his magical tour. So amazing.
