Coming2 had very little reviews on Viator and I was initially hesitant to select them for shuttle services. With that being said the service ended up being excellent!! he Coming2 counter was easy to find and we only waited a few minutes for our transport after landing. Coming2 also scheduled a meeting in your hotel lobby to talk about return transportation and excursions. We missed our meeting and emailed Coming2 for details on our return and in less than 24 hours we received details. The driver showed up on time and our return to the airport went great. I would highly recommend.

Chaos

The airport shuttle situation is chaotic. It was our first time experiencing this. If I ever go back to Punta Cana I will ask the hotel for their preferred concierge. I had to wait an hour after landing for other couples to arrive to fill up our shuttle before we even left the airport. And then contacting the service to set up my hotel pick up took 4 attempts and was kind of a nuisance.

We regret that you being the first to get in the Van had to wait for a while. In case you are interested in the future we offer also private transportation. Good intentions but poor execution

The carrier never showed up. We were waiting outside the lobby 25 mins prior to the determined time and enquired to all carriers showing up to see if we were on their lists. We finally contacted the operator 25 mins past the agreed time to inquire. We had the Air Canada bus leaving for the airport 10 mins later. Seeing that we weren’t getting any response we hoped onto the bus. 2 mins after departing the hotel, we got a reply stating that the carrier had come, had called our names and had departed. All of which we called bull $&.! on as we were on spot. We are now in communication with Viator for reimbursement and we are going back and forth as the operator is maintaining the bull. Hopefully Viator will make things right by reimbursing us or else, we’ll have to pass thru our credit card in order to get reimbursed. It doesn’t always go this way as we normally have great service thru Viator. It appears that in Punta Cana, the operators are in demand between the tours and transfers. So they overbook in order to capitalize and it’s too bad. It happened to us twice on this trip thru 2 different operators. In La Romana last year, they were on point. Most important thing is to not let it ruin your vacation and always keep a plan B it your original plan doesn’t materialize. 😁

Our flight was delayed 7 hours in San Juan. I was in touch with the operator to let them know. When we finally arrived in Punta Cana, they were closed and I had to spend additional money to find a way to our resort. They have since not answered. I want a refund.

Bad experience, long wait, don’t tell them you speak Spanish

We had to wait 45 minutes in the bus before leaving the airport, the staff didn’t realize I can speak Spanish and understood that they were lying to us. Currently trying to schedule my return shuttle, they told me to text someone named Jose and haven’t heard back. Will not be using this company again.

The shared round trip was a great experience. Affordable prices and on time. We had to wait a little bit to wait for other passengers, but a comfortable ride to the hotel. On the reto day, the driver was on time, even a little early and we were pleased because you never know how much it will take to get to the airport. Will highly recommend.
