Day of our ride: The only communication was an email telling me that my pickup time from the hotel was an hour AFTER our excursion started. Our tour started at 1, we were picked up about 2, arrived at the location about 230. We were immediately subjected to the high pressure of buying a video, and an even harder sell of a “private tour”- we declined as the 6 people in our group were the only ones riding that day. So darn annoying Once we did get going, We only rode about 5 mins before we stopped at a chocolate place- drove another 10 minutes and stopped at the cenote. Going into the water was not an option as It was not safe at all, none of us jumped in because the only way out was to climb up a rope. Note: cenote access was free to the public, but the trip stated the fee was covered. The experience at the beach was less than thrilling- we parked in a field by a partially built house and walked a long trail to sneak in from the edge of the park- there was no fee fir them to cover- Overall, this experience sucked. About 30 minutes of riding, and almost 2 hours of high pressure begging. Waste of money

Overall it was a great experience. My group had fun and it was well worth the price. The only drawback was that we felt as though each stop that we made, we were being hustled by locals; quite annoying. The excursion itself was really good

Not many. They kept acusing some of our group of not paying, yet we all had our paid confirmations. I was given a buggy thst broke down 3x along the route, finally I was given a replacement that had no brakes. At every stop along route we were being rushed. We did not enjoy it at all. We stopped at becah which is tourist trap. With local prices inflated 3 or 4 times more than normal.

The whole thing was a waste of time and money. ATVs were faulty, no tour guide, no organization. Had to insist on lobby pickup rather than the Gate pick up that they offered.

Viator Atv Tour Excursion in The Dominican Republic

The tour started off good until after our first stop. Our atv stop working. Then we were given another one and was told to go ahead to catch up with our group but couldn’t find them. So 2 other guys was trying to get in touch with the tour guys but we didn’t feel safe so we went back to the first stop. And they contacted one of the tour guys he came and we followed him until this atv broke down. So we were given another one. At this time we had missed the beach stop, our group was lining up to head back to where we started from.

Do not book until u get there. Most resort are private & they will say they coming to get u just to get the money. Then when u arrive they will say they can’t come & now they don’t wanna refund. Book @ the resort these ppl are snakes !

This excursion does not include pick up in the Cap Cana area as stated in the description, which you should read before booking. Anyway you money was fully refunded. Please don't lie.

This excursion was totally rubbish. It’s a waste of money and time do not waste your time on this excursion. The people are so rude and I’m reliable. Have no manners at all and Bobby is Breakdown when you’re driving then I had to change my buggy three times, it’s not even worth £10 pounds so yeah don’t waste your time…. is your money
