Truly an amazing experience and great for the entire family. The tour guides really cared to make this such a memorable day for everyone and were even able to bring a birthday cake onboard upon request! The reefs/ fish were beautiful, food tasted great, and the kids loved the provided activities. Highly recommend going with this company, it was the favorite part of our trip!

Incredible Experience

We were so impressed with this excursion, from the resort pickup to everything else, it was wonderful! The seafood lunch was delicious and the fact that they don’t allow but a certain number of people on the boat is a big plus, especially when you see other boats packed with people!!! Everyone was so nice and professional! We loved every minute of it!!!! Also important to note, they gave us an option of an adults only tour which we accepted because it was just my husband and I!

This was an incredible experience for our family of 4 (children ages 6 and 8). The team was excellent, knowledgeable, patient with my young first-time snorkelers, and really fun. The small group environment made this an enjoyable excursion (not overwhelmingly large or loud like other groups we passed). The lunch served on the catamaran was delicious and (and quite a large spread of food!). We 100% recommend this to other families and friends looking for a memorable snorkeling experience. We appreciated snorkeling in two different locations (different fish in each), learning about coral reef restoration, and even planting some coral. We already plan to book this experience again on our next trip to Punta Cana!

In my honest opinion, this had exceeded my expectation. I’ve been to Hawaii and it was the best snorkeling experience of my life, this one however was short by much. The water is crystal clear, fishes are everywhere, you can see turtle too. The area of activity is where they are restoring the coral, and you know fish are where there are coral! The tour guide is also friendly and passionate, speaks very fluent English. The way they set up a kitchen on a boat floating in the sea and grill seafood is simply amazing.

Our snorkel/boat tour with lunch was just as advertised! It was family focused and we all had an amazing time! Our tour guides were fantastic, happy to show us around, the k8ds got to help plant coral to build more reef, and the lunch was huge and delicious! Favorites included the slide off the upper deck, the huge amounts of tropical fish, seeing rays and turtles, and the great music onboard! I would definitely recommend Hispaniola Aquatic Adventures foe families wanting a fin snorkel adventure less focused on drinking and more focused on having fun with your kids.

Just great! The food was better than expected and cool to eat from a floating kitchen. Drinks were good. The team would dance and entertain everyone. The snorkeling was great and they made sure everyone was good and comfortable and taught people how to snorkel who hadn't. They made sure all the kids were good and safe too. We saw many fish and a few sea turtles. Def Recommend! We really enjoyed it.

Our family loved this experience. We would HIGHLY recommend it! Our kids (12/12/7) had never done anything like this before and had a wonderful experience. They enjoyed learning about the coral and being a part of the re-planting. The entire crew (Luis, Chaplin, Adrienne, Jaunita, Ricardo, Paloma and Silverado) were incredible! They were all wonderful with the kids, especially assisting them in the water and with their first time snorkeling. We also really enjoyed the lunch on board, and the slide was such a fun touch! If we ever visit again, we would book this again and again. It was a highpoint of our trip!

We went with 4 adults and 1 five year old and had a blast! Fun snorkeling locations and very educational. The built a “reef garden” to help rebuild the ecosystem. The tour guides were exceptional. Very knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 would recommend!

This was the highlight of our whole trip. My husband and I took our two daughters. There was one other family who had three kids so it was pretty awesome, felt like we had the boat all to ourselves. We enjoyed snorkelling with a guide, pulled up to a private beach and had locals make us fresh coconut drinks… then we cruised up to a restaurant on the water where they prepared lunch for us. We had the lobster & steak with fries. It was incredible. Huge portions. Unlimited drinks and the nicest staff ever… they made us feel so welcome, we really enjoyed their company. There was also a gentleman taking professional photos, still waiting on those haha. Other than that, 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this excursion. Sometimes when booking these things you don’t always get what you think, but this surpassed all of our expectations. Thank you so much to the team who operated the boat named “grandma”. It’ll be a day that we will never forget.

Great experience - crew was awesome with the kids, made them very comfortable. Lunch was way more than expected, the seafood was fresh and delicious - kids meal was huge (hamburger, chicken and fries). Got to dive in two separate spots, the visibility wasn’t great due to weather, but still had a great time. The “seeding” of the reef was a cool activity for the kids and educational. Highly recommend for all ages.

I’m normally wary of a 5 star review, but this is warranted. We went on the excursion with Kelvin “baby” as our guide and he (especially) and the team were nothing short of incredible. We went with our 10 year old and 7 year old, the 7 year old was terrified at the first stop (depth=about 20-25’). He worked with us until my son decided to go back to the boat. The second stop (depth~5’), Kelvin led him around and he had a blast. Food was great, snorkeling was lovely, staff was nice. We also had the opportunity to add to a reef the organization was trying to build. Would highly recommend.

This snorkeling/seafood experience far exceeded my expectations! Ramon and crew were very knowledgeable and fun. The reef rebuilding activity and second snorkeling was fantastic. They provided food at different intervals... nobody went hungry!

Highly recommend this tour for families! We were visiting Punta Cana on an extended family trip and picked this for an excursion that everyone could do (we had a senior and a 3 year old with us). The morning of the tour was the only rainy day we had during our whole trip. We waited a bit before deciding to go ahead on the boat because the crew knew that it would clear up before too long. They were correct! By the time we got to our first snorkeling spot, the rain had stopped and the rest of the day was beautiful! The staff was great with the kids and encouraged them to be involved in all activities! Our lunch was SO good and they gave us so much food! They even gave everyone extra lobster to make up for the fact that our day started off rainy :-). Our 3 year old had so much fun hanging out and playing with the other kids on the boat! An added perk that we didn’t know about beforehand was all of the pictures that the staff took and uploaded to Facebook! It was so nice of them to capture these moments and underwater shots for us! We felt like we got more than our money’s worth! Baby’s group is the best group! Maybe this was unique to our situation, but our shuttle service that picked us up at the airport did originally warn us that tours like this booked through Viator often have a lot of problems with last minute canceling or not picking up people on time. We were a little nervous after hearing that, but chalked it up to them probably just wanting us to book a tour through them instead. We were so glad we didn’t cancel and do that because everything with this excursion went smoothly and our transport there and back was exactly as advertised! We had no complaints at all!
