Terrible Communicators

The absolute worse. I wish I could give a zero. Changed my time ok cool. Confirmed where my pickup should be. Text them to let them know I am waiting. They tell me they are at another hotel, as if I was suppose walk down to them. Called and text over and over keep being told someone will call me and/or they coming. Its no 12:30pm, 2.5hrs after the time frame I initially scheduled (10am) still nobody. Never have I experienced such foolishness. I cancelled and got my money back.
