Great experience using E-transfers. Even when our flight was delayed for several hours I was able to contact the tour operator and when we arrived in Punta Cana my name was clearly displayed at the pick up area right outside the doors as you exited the airport. The bus was very spacious for the 4 of us. For our return transfer I contacted the tour operator and she got back to me within 24 hours before we left the hotel to confirm our pick up time. The driver was waiting for us at the front entrance of the lobby to take us to the airport. The van was clean and AC worked well. Both drivers were friendly and helpful loading and unloading our luggage. Both spoke limited English but tried their best to communicate with us. They were very appreciative of the tip we gave them. I will definitely use their services again in the future. I strongly recommend their services.

Quite chaotic at the airport upon arrival but found our service and got to our hotel quickly once loaded. The best service on the way back to hotel! I left a bag at the hotel and they were able to send a nearby driver to retrieve my bag and bring it to the airport quickly allowing me to still make my flight. Amazing!

It was an easy pick up as our driver was standing outside with my name printed. We were a tiny bit disappointed the van was not cooled off already- We were warm getting through the airport. The vehicle had an odd smell- Kinda like the last passenger’s odor lingered. Will definitely use them again to see if it’s better experience.

Private minivan. Driver was waiting with a sign. Note that these drivers are not allowed inside the airport. They wait outside. Between the baggage claim and the exit, various individuals will pretend to be airport employees and offer to take you outside. Avoid these Individuals. They are each selling a service, tour package, or taxi service. Instead of taking you outside they will connect you with a salesperson at a counter and delay your exit

Both our drivers were awesome. Miguel took us to the hotel and was great. And the return trip from hotel to airport was good. They made it through the bad peak hour traffic and got us to the airport on time.
