Found out about them through a YouTube channel. Very easy to book. Easy to find at the airport. Everything was quick, efficient, and on time. Took them from the airport and back to the airport. Drivers were super professional and friendly. They texted me the day before on WhatsApp to confirm pick up time, flight time, and terminal.

For the most part it was fine.Since I pre-paid I expected to see a sign with my name,that didn't happen. Once I was directed to the area, for some reason the guy loaded a family ahead of us and that wasn't appreciated.I hope the return goes a little better.

Not what I expected

Once my family arrived at Punta Cana airport I made it to the Diamond shuttle desk and gave them my name and it was not on their list so the representative walked my family down to the shuttle hub and put us into the hands of a man who appeared to know what he was doing but after a short amount of time I deduced he did not. I was cool but he kept telling me to calm down and not worry. I was calm and not worried. Every shuttle he waved down that came into the hub turned him down and I think he knew I knew this was not what I was expecting. Finally he hailed down a somewhat tired mini van and the driver, wearing a different company logo on his lapel agreed to take us. When I asked the Diamond rep if the driver worked for Diamond he assured me he did, but I knew he didn't. The driver took us to our resort and I gave him a $5 tip. When I booked the service the company gave me a much different expectation for my $. I hope the shuttle Back to the airport next week is a littler more worthy of a great review instead of this subpar review.

Wonderful experience! Friendly, had to wait a few minutes for driver to arrive but gave is enough time to get cool beverage after long flight. We opted for private ride, vehicle was immaculate and the driver was friendly and helpful to provide relevant information as we got our bearings. Look forward to explaining other your options offered by Diamond.

Very mediocre service. Had to wait quite some time for the driver to arrive. Once we asked a second time how much longer the wait would be, they seemed to take our frustration more seriously and found us a driver. Van was very dirty on the outside. Not a big deal, but it seemed like they put very little effort in.
