They use personal vehicles. Unmarked (Honda. Civic) drives us to resorts. Makes me feel very uncomfortable. The driver are on the aggressive side. That’s not we wanted.

Ordered a transfer online to resort. Extorted for $50 more USD at airport. Refused to take us otherwise. Paid for car seat. No car seat to or from airport. Late on pick up. Rude customer service person at Punta Cana airport.

Was a black large 3 row SUV vs the white van you see in the picture. I was hoping for the van since we were traveling with 2 little kids but it all worked out. The child booster seat they had was useless (i didn't request one though so props to them for even offering it). Price was super cheap vs all other options. Pre paying was great. They had my name at the counter once i found the name of the company all the way at the bottom of the listing/order page. It wasn't super obvious but there's dozens of companies set up outside and knowing the name of the company is crucial. Ours was Diamond (not sure if it's always the same though) but the scramble to find the company name at the last second made me knock a star off. Overall, well worth it. I wish I booked the round trip since the hotel and Travelocity botched our return trip to the airport. You can book round trip from this app but you can't individually book hotel to airport. Lesson learned.

Driver was there waiting for us with our full name on sign. We booked with Viator, paid in advance, no problems. Just remember to look on your paperwork for other vendors they may be using. Ours was Diamond Transportation and I didn't realize this until I found our name on their sign, so we spent a little extra time looking for the wrong company, only a little confusing but we found our ride. Very nice people on both trips to and from airport.

Very easy to make the reservation before we left home for arrival and departure as well as communicating through WhatsApp or any flight changes. A slight wait leaving the airport so our vaca check in was delayed. However very prompt departing the resort to head home.

I was very disappointed with the driver because I left my jacket in the car and the driver did not returned it right there. I had to send several messages to get it returned. I also told Jessica to send it when they were going to pick us up on February 15, but Jessica sent it before and told me that I have to pay them 10 dollars for the delivery , which I paid on the (15th) pick up day.

I was able to identify Diamond Tours right outside the airport terminal. Billy got my private SUV transport to the resort and gave me information on booking excursions, if I wanted. Very professional, courteous and quickly got me to the resort. No worries about safety. Samuel was my driver, who even provided a refreshing ice water. Highly recommend Diamond for transportation on Punta Cana.
