Hi dear client! We are very sorry you didnt understood it. First. you booked a VIP SUV Transfer, which is not the regular one, that is cheaper. 2nd. I wrote the day before you arrive to Punta Cana, to let you know your hotel was not located in Punta Cana or Bavaro zone but in Uvero Alto zone (even when it is clarified in the What´s excluded section of your booking). and you were given the option of either cancelling it and get your full refund, or keeping your booking and pay us the difference. despite you knowing all of that, when you arrived at Punta Cana Airport, and our representative was waiting for you with your name on a banner as we always do, you refused to pay him the difference and told him it was all paid??. I tried to help and offered you a discount, and you then wanted to give us whatever you wanted. so, you didnt accept it and decided to take a taxi by your own. This is just to clarify this bad review you wrote about us.

I booked and noone was there at the airport. I had to ask an attendant to call company, I ordered VIP service. He said a driver was on the way, he was polite however called 15 min later and said they will refund for their mistake because the SUV could mot be there, they sent a van.

When my wife and I arrived at PUJ airport, we got through immigrations and then got our bags and was assisted by an airport concierge who helped us navigate to meet up with Tony (Ramon Antonio Cuevas Brioso). He welcomed us to the RD and then called for our driver. He stayed with us and then made sure we had everything we needed. Once we left he checked in th make sure we made it to our hotel. Our driver was very pleasant and helpful as well. When we were ready to return all we had to do was contact Tony and he got us another great driver for our return home. Sol Cana Tours and Tony are an exceptional company and made our trip even better. Thank you again Tony for all your help.

Never showed for return transfer

Pickup from the airport was fine. However the return part of the round trip transfer never happened. We called the day before to confirm the pickup time as instructed but no one showed. We contacted them again and were told he was pulling in. Still nothing. Contacted again and this time told driver went to the wrong resort, but he was almost there. He never showed and we had to pay for a taxi after waiting more than half an hour past our pickup time so we didn't miss our flight. Requested a 50% refund through here due to not receiving the service paid for with no response. Stay away from this company, Sol Cana.

First, let me say, we are a small family who are well-travelled and have always rented a car in a foreign country because we value the flexibility and safety it brings. However we decided to hire a personal driver for our round trip transfer in Punta Cana from airport to hotel –Andy was our driver; his service was simply outstanding! He was very attentive, kind, and flexible with our needs and had engaging conversations which put our minds at ease.
