First. you booked a VIP SUV Transfer, which is not the regular one, that is cheaper.
2nd. I wrote the day before you arrive to Punta Cana, to let you know your hotel was not located in Punta Cana or Bavaro zone but in Uvero Alto zone (even when it is clarified in the What´s excluded section of your booking). and you were given the option of either cancelling it and get your full refund, or keeping your booking and pay us the difference. despite you knowing all of that, when you arrived at Punta Cana Airport, and our representative was waiting for you with your name on a banner as we always do, you refused to pay him the difference and told him it was all paid??. I tried to help and offered you a discount, and you then wanted to give us whatever you wanted. so, you didnt accept it and decided to take a taxi by your own.
