all was good at the airport and with the transport so that was 5 stars. However, the email to me was that I would get an email immediately from the vendor, which I never received and when I contacted the chat, the person was clearly only asking the scripted questions and answers and wanted confirmation from me that all was good when nothing was resolved for me - that shows bad management within the company, when employees are more focused on their script than an outcome for the client! Also, if the official viator email to me would have said that the company will whatsapp me on the day I would not have wondered why I didn't hear anything

Well, there isn't someone waiting on you at the airport with a sign with your name on it. You have to weave your way through everyone until you are outside. There, you will find a small 8x10 sign for the company. Our driver was MIA for a while. Van looked like a bachelor party van to hotel. Return van was somewhat nicer and driver was on time. Company was VERY hard to communicate with. It took several to find out what time out return trip would be. Not impressed.

Thank God when you arrived you didn't find it right away and we told you that your truck would arrive in about 5 minutes, we took it to your truck without any problem and we came back and picked it up without any problem Thank God

Great service! Jose took us to our resort and Michael was our driver back to airport. Both drivers were great! This was my first time and so I booked one way but as soon as I seen how easy and great the experience was I booked my ride back to airport. Definitely would recommend! Thank you for great service

Great transportation from airport to hotel

Process was quite simple. You get a text message the day before the tour and it tells you once outside of airport to look for a sign (with a picture of sign). You walk up to a long desk in front of the sign and the person shows you a tablet screen. You look for your name and give a thumbs up. The person then walks you outside to the pickup spot. We waited 5 minutes and then a van showed up with the same logo on the front bumper and they then loaded our luggage. They then ask you which hotel you are at and then we were off. Neither person spoke English but the driver had a translate app where he spoke into his phone and then showed us the screen. Worked well. All in all very satisfied. We have a return trip as well. Can’t beat the price. We tipped both people.

Excellent experience with this company! They communicate with you right up til they meet you at the airport. The Punta Cana airport has a lot of travel companies that want to approach you & try to get your business it can be overwhelming! However, the workers at the airport know this reputable company & they will walk you right to where they will be holding a paper with your name on it. Highly recommend this company they are inexpensive & very professional!
