We were very pleased with the tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. In addition to the scheduled sites, she gave us a bit of a city tour. She also took care of the photography and sent us the best of the pictures. All in all, it was a great tour.

Renata was waiting for us in the hotel lobby as our port to hotel transfer did a no-show. She was patient, polite and did what she could to help us get out of a state of chaos. The bus that took us to the botanical garden was large and comfortable. On our way, Renata's appreciation for Rio exuded as she explained the uniqueness of Rio. Although we had a 90 year old grandma, a senior that required wheelchair assistance and 2 kids ages 8 and 3, everyone had a relaxing time. Lastly, we received a DVD the following day as promised. I would recommend her high caliber service to anyone.

Renata fue excelente. El clima no nos favoreció pero ella fue muy amable y el mal tiempo no fue impedimento para recorrer el Jardín Botánico y conocerlo de una forma diferente. Las fotos hermosas, un trato excelente. Totalmente recomendado.
