      We had a great driver & when I requested a roomy car because we had lots of luggage the request was fulfilled!! Although I felt bad because my friend who told me of the service did not fair so well! He had a terrible experience with a small car and he had 5 people!! I hope my return trip back to Rio is as enjoyable as my ride to Buzios

      Drivers were professional but sometimes their English was poor and one vehicle had bald tyres. They arrived on time and didnt speed.

      Very professional transportation service. They were there to greet us at baggage claim and we were off on our 2.5 hour ride to Buzios from Rio without a hitch. Everything was as smooth as silk.

      They gave us a van that was way too small for eight people, our luggage and a surfboard. We told them very clearly in advance, everything that we needed to load and they gave us a van that put us in like sardines for a very uncomfortable 4 hour ride to Buzios. They tried to tell us it was our fault, but clearly the message stream shows that we told them everything they needed to know and they messed up our reservation. Even our driver said the van should’ve been bigger. Now they are threatening to charge us more for our return to Rio for a bigger van or they will cancel our reservation. Very unhappy with the Costa do Sol Tours customer service. I gave the rating a two because the driver was very nice.

      Amazing service, very communicative and reliable. The drivers spoke great english and the cars were very clean. I strongly recommend this service.

      We booked a return trip from Rio to Buzios and we thought we would be picked up by a van as shown in their ad. To our surprise, a small "fiat panda taxi" came to pick us up. The driver arrived late "due to traffic" and he also stopped to get petrol, making the overall trip 30 min later than we expected. The taxi driver spoke no English, so was difficult to communicate with him. When we arrived at our destination we asked Kensington for a bigger car for our return trip as we are a group of 4 tall men traveling. He said he would send a bigger car next time. On our return from Buzios back to Rio a car the same size was sent only with an added back seat that could only safely fit 2 children. We tried to contact Kensigton and see if we could get a bigger car, however none was available. So it was a painful 3.5hr trip back to Rio for the person who sat on that back seat and our luggage had to be fit on the roof of the car. I normally don't complain about anything, but the service provided by this company was not great, so just look out and do your research before booking a transfer with them.

      Lamentablemente el vuelo llegó mås tarde y aunque avisamos a ustedes que en San Pablo nos cambiaron para el vuelo de 23.30 que llegaba a Río a las 0.10, NO FUERON A BUSCARNOS NI CONTESTARON QUE NO LO HARÍAN. El Sr.Keniston Amado Pires no concurrió y posteriormente cuando tratamos de comunicarnos en Buzios para reclamar, nadie contestó. Por lo tanto luego de haber pago por adelantado un traslado costoso, y no recibir contestación, no podemos recomendar a Viator para ninguna actividad.

Recebemos o seu e-mail informando que vocês não conseguiram embarcar e que tentaria ir no próximo voo e vocês só chegaram somente no outro dia, isso é considerado No Show, não podemos ficar com o motorista à disposição no aeroporto esperando mais de 15 horas a sua disposição. Informei a você que deveria fazer uma nova reserva pela canal de reserva que você contratou. Qualquer empresa seja transporte terrestre, aérea, ferroviária ou marítima tem esse mesmo procedimento, então não inventa uma mentira e vem avaliar a nossa agência que é muito séria e respeitada com inverdades. We received your email informing you that you were unable to board and that you would try to go on the next flight and you only arrived the other day, this is considered No Show, we cannot have the driver available at the airport waiting more than 15 hours to your disposition. I informed you that you should make a new reservation through the booking channel you hired. Any land, air, rail or sea transport company has this same procedure, so don't invent a lie and come to evaluate our agency that is very serious and respected with untruths. Hola Dinora! Sabes que eso no es cierto! Nuestro conductor estaba en el aeropuerto el día y la hora previstos y usted no llegó.
