Autista professionale e cortesissimo il mio giudizio 5 va a lui, all organizzazione va 2 (scarso), nessuno ci ha accolto all uscita dal gate aeroportuale , abbiamo aspettato 40!min chiedendo un po’ in giro , quando finalmente una ragazza che chiacchierava tranquillamente con altri colleghi, finalmente si è degnata di controllare lista clienti e c eravamo anche noi. Olá, Donato! Seu voo chegou as 5h40, demoram aproximadamente 50 minutos até vocês sairem da aeronave, pegar as bagagens, passar peça imigração e sairem da sala de desembarque. Recebemos o comunicado do motorista Jorge as 6h45 que vocês ja estavam no veiculo. Acredito que houve um desencontro com a receptiva Gleice que estava aguardando vocês na saída da sala de desembarque. Mas fora esse pequeno desencontro, ja que a viagem foi perfeita, não merecíamos essa avaliação tão negativa, pois o serviço principal foi realizada com excelência.
