      Quick efficient death trap

      Great transfer - timely & efficient but the bus wasn’t well air conditioned & the windows didn’t open so it was hot and uncomfortable for most of the trip. The boat was quick but very unsafe. They pack the boat aisles and bough & literally every inch with luggage. If there was ever an emergency most people on the boat will drown because it’s also covered with stitched down plastic that’s inescapable too. It’s a short ride but $ shouldn’t be put above safety.

      They are just pure confusion, they don't know how to do simple business tasks such as properly answering clients questions, providing vouchers, or tickets: 24 hours before my transfer from Rio to Ilha Grande, I still didn't know what was gonna happen with my transfer, so I didn't take a chance and booked with another company. Half an hour before my transfer time, they called complaining that they were waiting for me, but too late, I had booked with another company has I said. Oh, and don't expect any communications in English, it was all in Spanish despite being in Brazil, not Portuguese, but yeah, Spanish!!! This company has serious logistical, communicational and customer service problem. I totally recommand to stay away from anything that says transfers and ParatyTours within the same sentence!

We would like to clarify that you had several reservations in your name, but you made inquiries from within one of them but referring to others, which is why it took us time to guess which of your reservations you were referring to, since your questions did not correspond to the documentation that we had from Viator. On the other hand, you did not have WhatsApp, at least that is what you told us, for that reason we sent you the boarding tickets to your email several times, but it seems that you never opened your email. We regret this failure in communication and we will improve the details that are necessary, and for future occasions we suggest that you have adequate communication methods to streamline the processes.       Me cobraron el doble de lo que estaba publicado y de lo que la reserva dijo que me iban a cobrar, el viaje estuvo bien pero la info deberia ser clara

      Estimada Mariana, Agradecemos su feedback en Tripadvisor, valoramos su opinión. Sin embargo,creemos preciso volver a aclarar que no se le ha cobrado el doble, el valor publicado es en USD , es únicamente en esa moneda que se cargan las tarifas. Como usted misma nos hizo saber su búsqueda inicial y posterior compra la realizó siempre en su moneda local (pesos argentinos) nunca en la moneda correcta que son dólares americanos. Tanto Viator (que es quien procesa el pago) como nosotros nos regimos en la moneda mencionada, el cálculo de conversión que usted haya realizado y la conversión que su tarjeta le haya realizado es algo que escapa de nuestras manos. En el momento que usted realiza su reserva recibe de forma instántanea un mail de confirmación con el valor exacto del producto, le es informado en ese correo automático los detalles del servicio, entre ellos el valor final, en ese momento usted sabía lo que contrató, le fue reconfirmado y no hubo reclamos de su parte, incluso podría haber cancelado en ese momento, pero eso no sucedió El reclamo llega una semana después cuando el servicio ya fue ejecutado, y cuando previo al mismo se le informaron debidamente todos los pormenores Lamentamos mucho su confusión, y que las condiciones cambiarias no le resultaran favorables Un abrazo !
