Meet your guide at the office in Via del Colosseo nr 31, above the second floor of the Colosseum metro stop(blue line). Just around the corner from the Caffè Roma.

Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

Please provide the first and last name of each traveler exactly as they appear on your official travel documents. Failure to do so will result in denied entry and loss of tour.

Please be advised capacity regulations and security may delay the tour departure. This could also influence the smooth running of the tour especially on national holidays and events.

All visitors must pass through the monument/attraction security check please allow at least 20 minutes to clear security

Children must be accompanied by an adult

Please provide an active phone number during the booking process in order to be contacted about last minute changing

Pets are not allowed inside the venue

Please note that from August 6th, 2021, all public museums in Italy will require all visitors above the age of 12 years old to show a valid ID and certification proving that you have either: Been vaccinated with an approved vaccine (Pfizer-BioNtech, Astrazeneca, Johnson & Johnson and Moderna) Been tested (PCR or antigen) with a negative result within the last 48hrs; Recovered from COVID-19, attested by a PCR or antigen test result, at least 15 days and no more than six months old;

The tour reservations have strict timing. Please make sure to be at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before your booked time slot. Latecomers won't be waited for and no refunds will be granted.

Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
