The worst experience ever

It was awful, at first we couldn’t find the bus (btw its greenline, you can see that in the pdf ticket) then they almost didn’t let us in, as they oversell the tickets. The bus itself was in terrible condition and the audio had the worst quality and the info they gave was too little, all the pauses between were filled with annoying classical music on repeat. DO NOT BOOK THIS BUS PLS!!!!

Very poor information on where we were and no explanation of Very interesting buildings we past. Past cities have actual person with very interesting information about buildings and city, very little information and tape music was so much could not hear what little information was given.

This was very disorganized. We kept being told that our tour was not on that bus. We got on 3 different buses and all of them said we were on the wrong one. The last 1 finally said that it was their affiliate so we could stay and get scanned in at the next stop. But we just got off.

Horrible! Waited over 2 hours and the bus never came!!! Very angry people at the bus stop for Green Line! Do not use this company! Very few buses, poor service and HORRIBLE customer service!!!

It was more of a hop on and sit in traffic for hours. No real commentary about the sites you want to see. I've done these before (Barcelona) and that one was excellent. I'd just taxi to the area want to see then walk around.

Was very disappointed with this booking. None of the information in our ticket or confirmation told us which bus to get on. When we got to the bus stop we were told to get on a certain bus only to be told our ticket would not scan. We were then put on another bus. Our ticket would still not scan but they let us stay on the bus. Needless to say we were afraid to get off at any point for fear we might not get back on. All in all it was not the same great experience we had with the other tours we had taken. Not worth the $$.

It’s ok; there are vendors at every stop, but they don’t look after the people who are waiting to get on. So many times we were waiting at a stop, then the bus would stop and they would not control the people getting on. A bit of crowd control would go down well. Usually the stops are quite a walk from the sights, without clear directions about how to get to them. Could definitely be better. Also don’t pay for 2 days - they don’t scan the ticket so it’s not recognised

Booked the tour for Thursday and Friday, but their website says they're closed Mon-Thurs! An hour wait minimum between buses...lucky if you can get on since its overcrowded. They don't run enough buses to be useful

If I could give zero stars, I would. The tour is a scam. Why? It's a scam because we never found or even saw the bus. Walked the city of Rome for miles, asked several agressive sales people wearing the red hop on hop off bus vest where the stops and main office was only for them to attempt to sell us tickets to various venues in Rome. Horrible experience, and I would like a refund since nothing is clearly marked, instructions are vague, and we never used our tickets! Mamma Mia!

Easy and Affordable Way to Explore Rome’s Highlights

The Green Line buses were a great way to see the top historic highlights plus shopping. The buses ran on time and the stops were convenient to all the major attractions. Tip: get off on stop 8 to see the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Also great shopping on Stop 8. The walk is easy between stops 3 and 4 - the Colosseum and Circus Maximus, I suggest walking between stops.

Il est très difficile de suivre les horaires des autobus ceux-ci n'étant pas disponible en version papier pour les touristes. Il faut prendre une photo. Pas évident à consulter par la suite sur un cellulaire.

Pris pour faire un tour rapide de Rome en une journée … un peu trop juste pour visiter les sites… privilégier les transports classiques pour visiter les sites Comme beaucoup de circuits tour en bus , quelques fois difficilement audible et un peu monotone … Personne a l’accueil agréable
