Print and exchange your voucher on board the bus, or at the Gray Line / I Love Rome office.

All tickets (same validates) will allow you to take advantage at a discounted rate. All bus lines have air conditioning and free WiFi.

Panoramic Route (pink double deck bus): Eight stops at Rome's must-see attractions. Make stops at Santa Maria Maggiore, Colosseum, Circo Massimo, Piazza Venezia, Vatican City, and Castel Sant'Angelo. Individual earphones are available to listen to the informative audio tour in Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Russian, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic and Dutch. This route runs every 10 - 15 minutes from 8:30am to 6:40pm Monday through Thursday; through 8:45pm Friday through Sunday.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Great way to see the city and get around

In my opinion the best way to get around the city and beat value. The loop the bus does is great and makes all major tourist attractions and monuments very accessible. Plus you get a history lesson while sat on the double decker too.

In a city rich with history and many notes of interest, this tour was shockingly poor. I have toured with Gray Line Hop On Hop Off buses in other European cities and was very pleased on the past. During the whole trip which took on excess of 2 hours in Rome traffic, the audio tour provided less than 30 minutes of commentary and a mindless synthesized song on repeat. How is it possible for a tour to provide such little commentary in Rome! Stops were very difficult to find and in some stops waited 10+ minutes. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Thoroughly disappointed and would like not rely on GrayLine for a future tour.

Great tour and good way to see main sights

Great tour. Used this a lot during our stay to get around. Only downside is a bit slow due to awful traffic in Rome. Got 72 hours ticket which is good value and Silvia B, a Brand Ambassador at Termini stop even extended our ticket at no charge so we could use all day on our last day

Handy way to see the sights

Handy way to see the sights of Rome. Only downside was the audio was often behind - we had passed the place being talked about before we heard a prescription of it. Some of actual sights were a bit of a walk from the bus stop too. Trevi Fountain in particular. But, it was a useful way to get round the city.

We did the one trip circuit as didnt have enough time to hop on or off . It was good but for a one trip experience a little pricey compared to what you get with the hop on hop off . This could maybe be better reflected in the ticket price i think ?
