    BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU BOOK WITH VIATOR THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!! I booked a trip to the Collessem in Rome and they sold me an audio tour for $147 with no tickets or entry to the Collesseum. They told me the tickets would be coming but I later learned the tour did not include entry even after they assured me it did. I had to book another tour to get in for $142 and they said they'd credited my card for the 1st tour. They never did until I called repeatedly and finally had it credited yesterday. Do NOT book with Viator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    We had the most amazing time! This is my eighth visit to the Colosseum…… I have taken several tours, but this was the first time I took the underground tour! This was my first time, bring me my mother to show her the magical city of Rome. Our guide was Ludovica C. She was amazing!! She was very informative, and seemed very passionate about the history of the Colosseum. She was very patient with a group which helped because it was my mother’s first time in Rome and she was a bit overwhelmed with all the beauty of the Colosseum. Our guide took the time to answer all of our questions and her English was excellent which made it very easy to understand all of the details she explained to us!! Oh, I look forward to returning to this magical city and I recommend this tour to everyone!!

    Very knowledgeable guide and the headsets were great - never missed anything Having the full experience ticket also allowed access to Palantine hill and the flexibility to do that part on a seprerate day was good.
