Simple and smooth access to Colosseum

Arranged/bought upfront only skip the line ticket - no group but individual with wife - for visit 23/04 11h00, instant clear general info received, day before visit received the tickets on phone. Easy to show at entrance. Were there 40' before time slot just to be sure, asked at entrance, needed only to be there 10' before time slot. Easy entrance, smooth security check (only to show ID card to match ticket) ... and enjoy the visit :-)

Hassle free ordering our Rome Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hills tickets, easy to download and no problems when presenting at venue. Just one note the lead name on the ticket order was asked to show some ID. It was certainly an advantage having Skip the line tickets as we didn't have to queue. Would recommend VIATOR to other tourists - easy process, they keep you informed, give you reminders and no issues using the vouchers.

This was so easy to do, we did the forum and Palatine hill first and then the Colosseum, we just went round at our own pace, there was plenty of information to read and I feel that we didn’t need a guide here and to top it all the weather was great.

This is by far the worst service ever! It’s a total scam!! We did everything we possibly could to receive our tickets when they did not come on time and were met with silence. Asked for a refund and it was rejected. This is the worst experience I have ever had.

Had an amazing time visiting the colosseum and forum . Our tickets were skip the line only but we almost walked straight in to everything ( a short wait in the forum line only ) . We l had been bought our tickets by my daughter for my birthday and it was truely money well spent ! Tickets arrived by what’s app and e mail a day before . Thank you 😀

Skip the Line a Must!

Goo experience. A little overwhelming to find the check-in spot, but once we did - easy to get in and a MUST to get the skip-the-line. Note that the skip the line doesn't apply to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. You do need to wait in a line for that. (The lines were long but moved quickly)

Ticket will be sent through WhatsApp. Easy and convenient. Only need to pay for adults, kids are free but must get their tickets in the ticketing office once inside past security check, so they can be admitted inside. We did the audio tour with Rick Steves and it worked for us.

Don’t waste your money

Ruined our trip we paid over £70 to be able to see the colesum. Roman forum and palatine hill. We booked this for Friday the 29th and we were not informed when buying that all the sites are closing at 1pm for Good Friday. So we only got to see the colesum but were told no one is able to skip the line even with the skip the line ticket. When I spoke to someone about the issue with the sites closing ealry I was told they don’t know what to do as their operator was not available or answering calls. after back and forth texting I had a message to they we had been unconnected and could no longer communicate with anyone from the site regarding the issue.
