Tour was fine. I wish more specific information as to where to enter the Coliseum would have been helpful. ie Look for the white tent.

It’s kind of confusing to get the e ticket , no communication until I called the tours agency and they sent the PDF tickets to WhatApp . Tickets were not sent in the accounts in the Apps. I had to call around 5pm the day before and someone pickup the call and said it will send out in 10 min

For €38 the charge taken from me was €87 which I find a rip off … any doubt you can check with the amount collected from me and the entry ticket you issued ( the rate’s printed) I feel I’m cheated

Great tour. Self guided as we didn’t have much time but got to see loads and the info boards are very good. Easy to get in but a bit of a pain that the pdf tickets came in so late. We were on a cruise so no chance to print but they took the pdf from the phone on the gate no problem. Quick tip - they ask for ID on the gate so have driving licence or passport. Also my time changed from 2.05 to 2.30 which was a little annoying as we were short of time.

The tour is speechless for what you see. The information is really poor about whe the tickets will get to you. It says 7 to 24hr but whatey meant is after 19:00 on the day of the visit.....could not be more confusing it took few calls some WhatsApp messages to get the time for the tickets leaving you thinking whether is a con.....another thing is you need to get the real tickets inside the collosseum for the children and make sure you keep them safe as they are the same you will need to access the forum. Also complete lack of maps with entrance to both attractions very poor instructions in general.

OK, But Time of Entry Confusing

The three places were fine but we had a lot of trouble confirming the exact times to be there. Our online reservation said both 9:15 and 10:10 for the Colosseum but when we checked, we were told to go to Forum and Palatine Hill at 10:00 and then to the Colosseum at 11:40. We left the Forum early to check at the Colosseum to ensure that the 11:40 time was OK so we didn't get back to see Palatine Hill until much later in the day. When we got an email from "Dream Rome" or whatever the third-party was that Viator booked with, they told us that the confusion was Viator's fault as "their server was down". We didn't believes that so you might want to check with them to confirm what happened. Once we got into the venues, things were just fine.

Getting tickets to the Colleseum in Rome is a confusing and difficult process. Dream Machine and Viator made it happen for us in a very positive way. When there was a slight problem, it was addressed very quickly and with a follow up to make sure the solution worked for us.

I booked a trip to the Rome Colosseum and Forum long before I left Canada. 7 Days before the date of the event, Viator sent me an email saying they actually didn't have tickets secured for me so I could get a refund. Well the reason I paid a premium to Viator in the first place is because these tickets are harder to get than a Taylor Swift concert ticket. So I asked Viator to try to find me tickets under the circumstances and because I was on the road, and don't speak the language. They said they would try. As we got closer to the date they sent me an email said the had tickets but no date or time. The day before arriving in Rome and three days before my original date, I email and phoned and left a message, that I need to know so I can plan. No response. My first day in Rome, still no response, so I go to the Colosseum to see if I can find some tickets and just about bought from a scalper. When I got back to my hotel that afternoon, about 4pm with no tickets, I send Viator a threatening email because I am so frustrated and then the called me. They say the don't send out tickets until 24 hours before the event. Well it was now about 16 hours before the show time. They finally sent me the tickets. Totally unnecessary stress and won't be dealing with these guys again.
