      The tour and tour guide itself was great but the tour company changed our time from 9:30am to 11am and as a result we were not able to see St. Peter's Basilica because some of our group needed to travel.

      Sir u bought tickets.this year in October there is crisis for tickets. We could not serve as we expected.But sorry for timing. Because of less numbers of tickets we had at 9’30 it was full.But thank u.For your 1 love.
      Mala experiencia con el operador del tour

      Nuestra guía fue Nicoletta y tiene gran dominio del tema y es por lo que doy una calificación de 3 estrellas. La mala experiencia fue porque yo compré un tour en español para las 11:00 am y cuando llegamos a las 10:45 nos dijeron que el tour en español había salido 5 min antes y que el siguiente sería a las 3 de la tarde, por lo que nos dieron la opción del tour en inglés la cual tomamos. Mi molestia es porque no se cumplió con lo comprado, el operador del tour es poco formal y profesional, salvo que la guía es buena.
