I booked semi private tour of 10 people max but due to staff issues the groups were joined up making 20 people and the company have refused to reduce the price given it was not the tour we paid for though I do have to say the guide was brilliant and he didn’t have an easy job trying to please some very trying people in the large group. Very disappointing experience from tour guide company, would not recommend based on the poor customer service.

Your guide was good, the group was twice as big due to illness and the extra people made it a little difficult but the tour guide did a great job staying on track as much as he could with the young kids asking a million questions. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Our tour time was moved twice which did alter our plans however staff were very on the ball with informing us of these changes. We also struggled to find our tour leader and they made sure to call us to meet us which was extremely helpful as we were worrying we may not get in. Marcello was very informative and we learnt lots of interesting facts that you would not know if you did this by yourself. The tour did feel slightly rushed as our time was moved to late in the day however the tour itself was brilliant and we would recommend booking this.

Stories about history . Impressed by the collection of ancient Roman, Greek and other pagan artifacts the popes collected. Also inspirational ancient sculptures, tapestries, mosaics and paintings.

Had a great tour of the Vatican! The meeting location was easy to find, and our guide was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He was able to easily navigate the huge crowds. He also spoke English very well. Yes, the tour is much more expensive as opposed to just buying the tickets independently, but having a great guide adds so much value.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable about the Vatican and the exhibits we saw in the Vatican. We were not able to see everything but it was a great introductory trip. If you are looking to see the Vatican Museums, the Sistine chapel, and St. Peter's, I definitely recommend. Just know this tour will not have time for all of the exhibits in the museum. We did have ample time in Sistine Chapel which was great.
Would recommend Viator tours.

We had the most wonderful tour guide, Ribal. He was knowledgeable, but also had a great sense of humor, and made the whole experience fun for both adults and kids alike. We learned so much but also had a great time. I highly recommend this tour.

We booked a tour for 1130 but when we arrived the tour had been overbooked and the only choice was to move to 12. The company rep.was nice and apologetic and bought us a cappuccino while we waited. We went back foe the 12 tour but we did not leave until about 1230, waiting on some of the participants and then on the guide. Skip the line was a little misleading, we waited a long time in the "tours" metal detector line (longer than those not in tours). We ran so far behind that due to time restrictions we had to skip the St. Peter's Baailica as our driver had been waiting for us for more than an hour. Overall, guide was good, but would not book again if we had set time limits.
